Mahie Gill bares it all

The actress goes bold for her next; even has first screen kiss!

She has no qualms about taking up challenging roles. After playing a bold character in Dev D, Mahie Gill is now baring it all in her forthcoming film Sahib Biwi Aur Gangster, a modern-day rendition of the original Sahib Biwi Aur Ghulam. The film will have Mahie showing skin and having multiple lip-locking scenes with co-star Randeep Hooda.

Talking about doing her first smooch, Mahie says, "Initially, I wasn't ready for it. I was very jittery and to add to it, I had to appear intoxicated. So I ended up doing lots of shots, but the alcohol hit me so bad, I nearly lost all control. However, later on, I realised that this is just acting and you have to get into the character's skin even though there are a hundred people around."

When asked if this is her raciest role to date, she adds, "Yes, it is. But all credit goes to Tigmanshu Dhulia for shooting the scenes in an aesthetic manner."

Murder 2 was do or die for me: Mohit Suri

The director says Mahesh Bhatt had threatened not to make a movie with him if 'Murder 2' hadn't done well!

Mohit Suri is heaving a sigh of relief now. Apparently, Mahesh Bhatt had threatened not to make a movie with him if his "Murder 2" didn't do well at the box-office. Now that the film has been hugely successful at the box-office, the director is happy and relieved.

Ask Mohit if he had expected that the film would be such a huge hit and he says, "I believed in the movie. I knew it didn't fall into the regular and typical Bollywood films. So, I went all out and made it. I was not listening to the so-called industry people. And it worked."

As to whether he had expected the movie to garner this kind of returns in comparison to its budget, the director says, "Well, I had expected it to do well and had wished that it would break all records for our company. But, I didn't know that it actually would. I hadn't tasted success like this to ever imagine that "Murder 2" would be so big a hit. Bhatt saab had distributed sweets even before the movie had released. But then, I was nervous.

It was do or die for me. Bhatt saab had, in fact, said they won't make a movie with me again if this film didn't do well. It was scary."

Now that "Murder 3" is in the pipeline, has he thought about the casting? Will Prashant Narayanan, whose serial killer act been highly appreciated there in the next movie in this franchise? "Nothing has been decided as yet. But Emraan will be there for sure," he signs off.

Anushka Sharma and Ranveer Singh split again

On-off couple Anushka Sharma and Ranveer Singh have decided to give their rocky relationship a rest.

In the past, the couple has had many fights, breaking up and making up again. However, this time, the bone of contention seems to be another man — Ranbir Kapoor. Buzz is that Sharma has taken to RK like a moth to flame and is constantly seen by his side (most recently, at a movie outing last week).

This has irked Ranveer who feels like she's double timing him with Kapoor. After an argument at a friend's place, the two have decided to keep their distance and see other people for a while. Yep, time apart could do them good.

Nicole Scherzinger and Lewis Hamilton are reportedly engaged.

The 'X Factor' judge and the Formula One driver - who have been dating on and off for the past four years - are set to marry after Lewis popped the question, according to Nicole's father.

Alfonso Valiente - who split from Nicole's mother Rosemary when she was six but remains close to his daughter - told the Mail on Sunday newspaper: "You know about the proposal? Yes they are engaged.

"My future son-in-law is a really nice guy, really down-to-earth.

My family all like him. The good spirit is there."

Alfonso, 52, says he first met Lewis last year after the couple spent a week with him and his family on the Hawaiian island of Oahu and the sportsman left a good impression.

He said: "When he walked into the house for the first time he picked up one of the babies. That went down very well.

"He is sincere and he and my daughter seem genuinely happy together. Lewis is a really good guy. When they came to visit, we hired them a Jeep because he had never driven one before."

While a spokesman for 25-year-old Lewis refused to confirm their engagement, Nicole recently revealed how she wants to settle down and have children.

The 32-year-old singer said: "Do I see us getting married and having children? My head says yeah, but I'm really focused on my music now and I think that will come in time.

"I think I'll be really strict like my momma, maybe even worse. I won't let my children out of the house! I'll make them listen to classical music."

Jennifer Aniston developed an attitude with age

Jennifer Aniston
Jennifer Aniston has developed a "f**k it attitude".

The 42-year-old star - who is currently dating 'Your Highness' actor Justin Theroux - admits she has become more comfortable with herself as she has grown older because she was a lot more "controlled" when she was younger.

She said: "Getting older, you get more comfortable in your body and in your skin and who you are and you have more of a f**k it attidue.

"You're so careful and controlled in your 20s and you're just more aware of your every move. Now, I think there's more freedom and comfort and none of it really matters, as long as you are enjoying yourself and having a really good time. Not hurting other people - of course, that goes without saying."

The former 'Friends' actress - who was formerly married to Brad Pitt - is now starring in comedy movie 'Horrible Bosses' as nymphomaniac blackmailer Dr. Julia Harris, and she admits she loved getting to explore her "kinkiest" side on the film.

She told The Sun newspaper: "It was great fun and very liberating to throw myself into this character. You feel totally uninhibited and get to explore your weirdest and kinkiest psychological quirks and just exaggerate all the kinds of flirtatious ideas and fantasies you've ever had.

"You get to enjoy being fearless when you play a character that is so brazen and domineering."

Saoirse Ronan wants Tarantino film

Saoirse Ronan
The 17-year-old actress - famed for her roles in 'Hanna' and 'The Lovely Bones' - thinks the 'Kill Bill' filmmaker will be a great person to collaborate with on a movie because he seems like "fantastic fun".

She said: "I haven't worked with him, but I'd love to. I've talked to people who have, and they all say he's made and that it's fantastic fun."

The Irish star particularly likes how Quentin works with an ensemble cast of actors on a regular basis, allowing them to know exactly how to bounce off each other.

She said: "Because he tends to work with the same actors every now and again, they can read each other.

"There's always such an ensemble feeling in his films, too. In 'Kill Bill', for example, of course Uma Thurman is the star but it really feels like a group effort.

"He's often in his own films, which I think is great; he's so different looking with that amazing face."

Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson Talk about Wedding — for Real?

Are Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson really talking about a wedding? Well... yes and no. Apparently, the Breaking Dawn wedding sparked a hint of wedding conversation between the two lovebirds. When Kristen and Robert were filming the wedding of Bella and Edward, it was said the actors got a bit emotional, and a brief discussion emerged about what a real-life wedding between the two of them would be like.

Of course, fans of the Twilight couple have long thought how cool it would be if Kristen and Robert were to get married in real life. It's cool already that they are dating in real life, too, but naturally, now that Bella and Edward are getting married, well, it's logical that Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson should move their relationship forward as well, right? Well, it doesn't seem the two are in any hurry, though their relationship, from all accounts, seems to be solid.

According to Sugarscape, HollywoodLife said that "Kristen asked Rob, 'If you married me, would our wedding be this beautiful?' They smiled and laughed at each other. You could tell they were joking, but there was definite chemistry and totally fit the great tone they had that day."

Aw, that's so sweet! Even if Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson are not seriously talking marriage, well, as soon as marriage starts to become a topic that's joked about... it could definitely be on their minds.

What do you think—would a Kristen and Robert wedding be the ultimate ending to the Twilight Saga?

Emma Watson happy with Hermione association

Emma Watson has said that she is 'thrilled' she will always be associated with Hermione Granger.

The British actress - who plays the leading female character in the 'Harry Potter' films - revealed she is not "afraid" of always being related to the role because of how "intelligent and strong" she is.

The 21-year-old said: "People ask me if I am afraid of always being associated with this character, but I'm not at all. I'm thrilled.

"Of anyone I could be associated with for the rest of my life, for it to be Hermione Granger - beautiful, strong, intelligent and determined - I'm just thrilled."

The star - who has just finished filming new film 'The Perks of Being A Wallflower' - went on to say that she thinks Hermione is a brilliant role model for young girls.

She said: "Hermione really developed in to the kind of woman I would want to be. She's an amazing role model.

"She's key in saving the men and the boys of the film - and I know we're in 2011 but that's genuinely pretty unique. She's really setting a new standard and I hope people take notice of that."

However Emma - who has played the role of Hermione for a decade - also admitted that growing up on a film set could be difficult at times.

She said: "I wasn't allowed go off into a dark room and figure myself out, I had to do it in the spotlight - which at times was difficult - but it's been such an incredible experience."

Katrina kaif slams reports about birthday celebration

In 2008, it was a public spat between Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan. This year it's a much-criticised party and reports of meeting ex-Salman Khan and could-be lover Ranbir Kapoor at midnight. Katrina Kaif, it seems, cannot have a normal birthday party. The beautiful actor turned 27 on Saturday. Reports surfaced over the weekend that she met her ex Salman Khan on the eve of her birthday and met Ranbir Kapoor at a multiplex.

She also faced flak for partying at Sah Rukh Khan's bash on Friday.

"Nope. No celebrations for me. I guess it's not meant to be. No party for my birthdays. I was with my Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara team on Friday night. We did nothing to bring in my birthday. My friends Arjun Kapoor, Kabir Khan etc. had a quiet dinner at a Chinese restaurant," the Namaste London actor told Subhash K. Jha at Bollywoodhungama.com,
"In any case, I don't believe in bringing in birthdays. My birthday was on Saturday. I spent it quietly with my mother. And I did not meet Ranbir or Salman on Friday night."

After the fiasco of 2008, Katrina is reported to have been put off by birthday parties, until this year. She had planned a bash for friends, but could not see it through because of the Mumbai blasts on Wednesday.
"She was promoting her new film Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara with the cast and crew on Friday until midnight when everyone decided it was time to bring in her birthday. Katrina refused, arguing that any kind of celebration at this time would be odd. Someone pointed out to her that it was a very private get-together and not a party. But Katrina refused outright arguing that it wasn't about right or wrong but about not feeling up to it," a source explained to Bollywoodhungama.com.

"She did put an appearance at Shah Rukh's home since Shah Rukh had thrown the party for the Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara team... it'd have looked odd if she went missing," the source added.

Shah Rukh has faced his fair share of criticism for partying so close to the horrific Mumbai blasts from none other than Bal Thackery himself.

"The best birthday gift I can hope for? To find love this year, and for my films to do well. And also to keep Mumbai free of attacks," said Katrina,

"We can't ever begin to feel normal and do normal things like celebrate birthdays or even go out with friends if we have the fear of violence hanging on our heads all the time," believes the actor.
