Lady in red Christina Hendricks lights up Hollywood as she displays her curves in a figure-hugging dress

She is known for her love of all things vintage.

And today Christina Hendricks dressed the part as she visited a retro lighting shop.

The 37-year-old lit up West Hollywood by displaying her famous curves in a figure-hugging red dress.

Lady in red: Christina Hendricks displayed her famous curves in a figure-hugging red dress as she visited a retro lighting shop in West Hollywood today
The Mad Men star's deep red attire clung to her figure in all the right places and featured a low-cut at the front.

The actress paired the gorgeous ensemble with a pair of vintage cat-eye sunglasses and dainty pair  of black satin heels.

As well as carrying her vintage lamp, which she had repaired at Fantasy Lighting on Melrose Ave, Christina had a large tan handbag flung over her shoulder.

Christina's attire perfectly complemented her creamy complexion and fiery red hair, and of course she completed the look with lashings of red lipstick.

The Hollywood bombshell recently discussed her love of all things vintage in a recent interview with Harper's Bazaar's YouTube show The Look.

She reveals that she has been seeking out thrift store finds since the age of about ten.
Christina's attire perfectly complemented her creamy complexion and fiery red hair, and of course she completed the look with lashings of red lipstick
'I lived in Twin Falls, Idaho, and there weren't a lot of shops,' she said.

'I learned very early on to go to the Salvation Army and just little vintage stores, and create my own looks. Oftentimes tragic...'

'There were some very original looks that I put together. I had my goth phase, which was pretty... dramatic.'

Another source of knowledge and inspiration, has of course, been Mad Men.
Setting trends: Christina shot to fame as office bombshell Joan on Mad Men
She credits the show's costume designer, Janie Bryant, with steering her towards fitted silhouettes that flatter her curvy figure.

'I've learned a lot from being on Mad Men actually, as far as tailoring, silhouettes and things like that,' she continued. 'Janie Bryant, our costume designer, she's taught me a lot.

'I think I have a lot more pencil skirts. I used to like very sort of 1920s baggy, sort of floral lacy things that probably weren't the most flattering on me, but were just so gorgeous that I wore them anyway.'

Movie Review: Ice Age 4: Continental Drift

Ice Age 4: Continental Drift
Director: Steve Martino and Mike Thurmeier
Voices: Ray Romano, John Leguizamo
Rating: **

In movies, good things rarely come in fours. From the Jaws and Lethal Weapon to the more recent Pirates of the Caribbean and Shrek series, fourth installments have usually been quite superfluous. Ice Age 4: Continental Drift is no exception.

The trio of prehistoric critters, first introduced back in 2002, embarks on yet another digitally animated 3D adventure. This time around, their journey is dispiritingly dull.

Working from a woefully thin script, co-directors Martino and Thurmeier fail to bring any panache to the proceedings.

As in the previous outings, the only clever gags involve the squirrel-rat hybrid whose dogged pursuit of an acorn triggers a continental cataclysm.

Among the victims of the nutty shenanigans is a woolly mammoth (dubbed in world-weary tones by Romano) that gets swept out to sea on an ice floe. Separated from his mate (Queen Latifah) and their teenage daughter, the paternalistic elephant is determined to reunite with his family.

Accompanied by a sabre-toothed tiger (haughtily voiced by Denis Leary) and a hapless sloth (Leguizamo) the mismatched pals must also outwit a band of seafaring brigands led by an orangutan (Peter Dinklage).

The all-new menagerie of marauders includes a panther pirate (Jennifer Lopez), a multi-tasking badger and a wacky walrus (Nick Frost). Wanda Sykes is a welcome addition to the core voice cast as the daft but resourceful granny.
The target kiddie audience for Ice Age 4: … will likely giggle at the mere sight of the colourful cartoon creatures. As for the rest, they are unlikely to be clamouring for another sequel any time soon.

Tulisa debuts second solo single Live It Up... but it gets mixed reactions from fans

She hit the top spot on the UK charts with her debut solo single Young earlier this year.

And now Tulisa is hoping to recreate her previous success with her second offering, Live It Up.

The former N-Dubz singer debuted the track on radio stations nationwide this morning, after admitting recently that she was hoping the song would help define her 'as an artist'.

She told Capital FM: 'Basically, with this single there is no aim at all to get a number one or storm the charts.

'This is now me going back to me and trying to define myself as an artist because I knew I wanted a number one hit as my first release. I got that with Young, so I went even more urban with this second single.'

However, the song, which also features rapper Tyga, didn't go down too well with listeners, with many taking to Twitter to express their disappointment.

One user wrote: 'The new Tulisa single sounds like Start Without You by Alexandra Burke with every bit of joy, sunshine and enthusiasm drained out of it.'

While another added: 'Just heard Tulisa's new song.. And she's quite good at singing so why does she shout and growl in all of them??'

However, others backed the singer and her new offering, with one tweeting: 'Tulisa 'Live It Up' is amazing:D!'

Tulisa said she is hoping the new track will give people more of an idea of her intentions as an artist
But regardless of the mixed reactions to the track, Tulisa said that she's not expecting big chart movement for the single.

She explained: 'I don't expect it to even possibly get top ten it's that urban, but you never know.

'The fanbase could pull through, the N-Dubletts could pull through, and it is a smash but it's an urban smash and I know that in the UK these days it is a lot tougher with urban music.'

'I didn't marry into royalty to schlep around in a taxi': Kate is branded a gold-digger in bizarre promotional video for Chinese city

The Duchess of Cambridge has been portrayed as a gold-digger in a promotional video made by Chinese tourism executives.

In the bizarre advertisement - which was made by Chengdu city officials publicising a range of 'panda cabs' - lookalikes playing Kate, Prince William and the Queen are seen standing outside a palace trying to hail a taxi.

The 'Queen' is shown shouting 'taxi' - and whistling to get a driver's attention - before telling her 'grandson' and his wife they should save money by opting for a cab to get to the Jubilee celebrations.

In the video, 'Kate' - played by lookalike Colette Mularkey - moans: 'I just don't understand why we cannot take the royal limo. I didn't marry into royalty to schlep around in a taxi.'

Lookalike Simon Watkinson replies: 'But darling, granny is right. The commoners want to see us tightening our belts and all that.'

Movie Trailer - Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance

Lately, we have frightened you enough with the trailers of Hollywood horror movies like Paranormal Activity 3 and The Woman In Black; but Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance is different!

Nicolas Cage
is back as the Ghost Rider Johnny Blaze, and this time he looks more stylish and hotter! And when we say hot, we pay special heed to his flaming skull! The trailer of Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance is full of hardcore steaming action! Ghost Rider takes on his enemies and blows away cars with his chain! How I wish I had such a chain and his cool leather jacket which I might put to better use than blowing up the cars!

What we loved the most in the sneak peak are the remarkable special effects and some awesome Computer-generated imagery (CGI), an element the first part was missing on! And though we get to see plenty of Nicolas Cage here, the trailer gives us a peek of
Johnny Whitworth as Blackout. Johnny plays the character of part human and part demon! We just can’t wait for the fight sequence between the Ghost Rider and Blackout!

The best and the funniest scene of the trailer is the ending itself! Ghost Rider pees fire! Yes, you read it right, he pees fire! Though I wished earlier that I had a leather jacket and a chain like the Ghost Rider, I wouldn’t like to extend the wish further!

Have a look at the blazing superhero in action here:
