Lohan rejects judge's offer

Los Angeles — Lindsay Lohan is rejecting a judge’s offer to end a felony grand theft case early in exchange for a return to jail.

The decision means Lohan’s case will have a hearing to determine if there is enough evidence to stand trial. Today was the deadline for Lohan to plead no contest or guilty to taking a $2,500 necklace.

Lohan has pleaded not guilty and denied wrongdoing.

LiLo says she ‘won’t risk probation by partying too hard’

New York, Feb 21 – Lindsay Lohan has revealed that she takes her sobriety seriously – she won’t risk probation by partying too hard.

The 24-year-old actress was spotted outside Teddy’s nightclub at the Roosevelt Hotel Thursday night, sparking reports that she was back to her old partying ways.

But Lohan wrote on Twitter that the reports were “inaccurate,” reports the New York Daily News.

“I was just at roosevelt to meet Samantha and say happy birthday to a friend,” she wrote.

“i take my sobriety seriously. please dont believe this accusations. i know the rules and i wouldnt risk probation. xoxo L.”

Samantha Ronson, who was reportedly DJing at the event, later tweeted that Lohan had slept over at her place.

“Watching grey’s anatomy – my fave show – with @lindsaylohan sleeping next to me – should i wake her up to let her know her mom is going on GMA?” the 33-year-old DJ wrote. (ANI)
