Selena Gomez Has Blue Eyes on Teen Vogue Cover?

Selena Gomez graces the cover of the September Teen Vogue fashion issue, a major coup for the budding star. But she’s pictured with blue eyes, according to a copy of the cover that has gone viral.

Gomez, 19, who’s had her share of troubles lately with boyfriend Justin Bieber, scored a major coup by landing the cover of the teen magazine.

She’s also dressed in a sexy, but not over-the-top, outfit that makes her look ravishing compared to her last Teen Vogue cover last year.


Selena wears a blue denim shirt tied up around her midriff, with the sleeves rolled up. She wears what looks like a floral-patterned bikini top underneath. Her hair looks windblown and sexy as it dances around he shoulders.

But her eyes are unmistakably blue. Her father, Ricardo Gomez, is of Mexican ancestry, and her mother, Mandy Teefey, is part Italian. Not a blue eye in the crowd.


Selena’s natural eye color is dark brown, so she’s obviously wearing blue contacts in the photo, or her eyes have been digitally altered to look blue.

On the other hand, her eyes are so dark, it could be reflected light from blue surroundings, like an ocean or lake.

Either way, it’s not a good move. It looks like she’s in denial about her heritage. Plus, what kind of message does that send to teens who are insecure about their image?

On the plus side, Selena also seems to put her relationship with Bieber in perspective. The cover line for her story contains a quote: “I’m 19. I don’t take anything too seriously in my private life.”

Seems that would include Justin. The two were hit be reports that they had broken up several times over the past few months. But the made a show of unity by going out on a very public date. They are now vacationing together in Japan.

Evidently Emma Stone is everywhere right now - "The Amazing Spider-Man" star has landed on another cover of Vogue, this time around for its UK edition's August issue.

Stone was the cover girl of Vogue U.S. edition's July issue, looking stylish and sexy in a brown Nina Ricci dress with black lace accents, from the brand's fall 2012 collection. Emma also posed with boyfriend and co-star Andrew Garfield for Teen Vogue's August issue.

On the new UK edition, Emma Stone looks even sexier and chic with her blue eyes intensely staring under a Max Mara newsboy cap and the brand's black-and-white houndstooth jumper.

"It feels like it's happening to a different person," Stone said.

British Vogue's choice seems to gain more votes, as the actress looks more natural in the outfit.

In the interview conducted by Alexa Chung, Stone discusses “sex scenes, suffering from anxiety and the problems with fame," according to Vogue UK.

"To not walk around would be awful," she told UK Vogue. "I don't think that that would ever actually happen..... to the point where I can't go anywhere. But that idea makes me physically ill."

In "The Amazing Spider-Man," Stone stars as Gwen Stacy, the high school love of Spiderman, starred by Garfield.

Regarding Garfield, Stone "was surprised to hear his completely British accent, because on set, obviously, we were speaking in American accents, so in between takes he was pretty American," said the 23-year-old actress.

"I had such a great time at the audition with him, and felt like I trusted him and respected him and liked him as an actor."

The film broke a box office record for a Tuesday opening, grossing $35 million on its first day of screening in the U.S. and Canada.

In the front picture she presents  an almost sophisticated look with a  Monroesque pout and blonde hair.

Inside, however, she’s back to her old tricks – posing more provocatively and  revealing every inch of her legs against some rusty girders. She also sports a natty beret.

Rihanna has courted controversy with a series of edgy videos – including being tied up and taped to the wall with clingfilm in the video to her hit ‘S&M’.

But in a Vogue interview, the singer insists: ‘That’s not me. That’s a part I play. You know, like it’s a piece of art… I just want to make music.’ The singer, born Robyn Rihanna Fenty, said that life with her parents, Monica Braithwaite and Ronald Fenty, a former crack addict, triggered her rebellious attitude.

‘I saw too much. I was way too mature for my age,’ she revealed.

Last week, the singer ended up being humiliated when farmer Alan Graham, 61, halted a racy video shoot on his land at Bangor, County Down.

He had agreed for one of his fields to be used but protested when he spotted her stripping down to a bikini made up of red handkerchiefs.

Vogue magazine dedicates September issue cover feature to Kate Moss' wedding

Recently married supermodel Kate Moss appears on the September cover of Vogue magazine, which features an exclusive look into her wedding to musician Jamie Hince.

Arguably the most famous model of her time, Moss, 38, has been a fashion tour-de-force over her decades-long career. Reading like a love-letter to Moss’ career, Vogue writers took a look at what exactly has fascinated the world about fashion’s it-girl.

“The simple fact is that Kate is irresistible,” the article reads. “There is vulnerability and there is strength, and when she turns on the klieg light of her flirtatious, giggly life force, it is impossible not to fall just a little bit in love.”

But despite the writer’s fascination, along with the rest of the fashion world, Moss opened up about the man who finally caught her eye for the duration, her new husband, Hince.

“We were just so loved up, and he asked me to marry him every day,” Moss gushes of their courtship.

With Hince being a celebrity himself (a guitarist for the band The Kills), the guest-list for the wedding reads as a who’s-who in fashion. Her dress and the bridesmaids’ dresses were designed by embattled designer John Galliano, fresh off of his rehab stint after an anti-Semitic rant earlier this year, her wedding images for Vogue were shot Mario Testino and her wedding planner is Sam Gainsbury, the same woman who co-produced the mega-successful Metropolitan Museum exhibition “Alexander McQueen: Savage Beauty.”

Testino, who has known Moss since she was 16 years old, recalls a time when she wasn’t the powerhouse she is today and she was worried that she wasn’t being seen enough in a Paris fashion show.

“You know, in life there’s perfume and there’s cologne,” he told her. “Cologne, you have to spray every fifteen minutes. Perfume, you put a drop and it lasts a week. You’re perfume.”

Bollywood diva will be seen in black feathered look this time.

The magazine carries interesting tidbit on the former beauty queen from 10 men who know her well. The magazine has spoken to Ash’s husband Abhishek Bachchan along with Manish Malhotra, director Ashutosh Gowariker and make-up artist Mickey Contractor.

Anaita Shroff Adajanianis the fashion director for Vogue India and a very famous costume designer.

Aishwarya’s make-up was done by Denise Rabor along with hairstylist Josh Wood and she is presently roaming in Peru, for her Tamil film “Enthiren”, with superstar Rajnikanth.
