Shilpa Shetty: Party hearty

Shilpa Shetty and husband Raj Kundra are currently in Los Angeles partying up a storm.

Last week, Preity Zinta hosted a party in New York that was attended by them, apart from Dino Morea and girlfriend Nandita Mahtani, Harman Baweja and Sussanne Roshan.

The Kundras are in the US for a month long holiday, and the buzz is that the couple is there to finalise a Hollywood film deal. Watch this space!

Hubby not having affair: Shilpa Shetty

Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty has refuted reports that her marriage is in trouble, saying that she and her husband Raj Kundra are holidaying in the US. 


She also says that she is not pregnant. "First I hear am preggars (NOT true) Now I hear my husbands havin an affair from the press. Common fr papers 2 stoop low 2 sensationalise false," Shilpa posted on her Twitter page Tuesday. There were reports that Kundra had met a gorgeous lady at a hair-transplant clinic in London and later gifted the clinic assistant a European holiday.

But, the 36-year-old actress has denied the reports. "False news!grrrrrr:( 4 the record, my husband and I are holidaying in USA and r very happily married. Sorry 2 burst the newspapers bubble," she added.

I am not pregnant: Shilpa Shetty

Rubbishing reports that Shilpa Shetty and her husband Raj Kundra are expecting their first child, the actress tweeted that she is not in the family way.

" Sick and tired of all the congratulatory messages and calls, so for the last time "I am not pregnant, all this is so annoying", she tweeted.

Earlier it was reported that the couple, who tied the knot after a two year long courtship on November 22, 2009, are ready to welcome a new member in their family.

Shilpa Shetty sprains her neck

Shilpa Shetty, who usually travels with her IPL team, didn't go for the match between Rajasthan Royals and Kings XI Punjab in Mohali on Thursday.

Hubby Raj Kundra told us that Shilpa sprained her neck and is under treatment. "She was excited about coming to Chandigarh, but the injury was bad and she has to wear a cervical collar. She can't travel for a week. I wish she recovers quickly, there are 10 more matches. She's my good luck charm," said Raj.

Shilpa under threat!

Shilpa Shetty is under serious threat. Two scamsters posing to be associates of the cricket heiress and businesswoman have been going around town telling people that it is they who are running her spa business.

They have even approached people who can be probable clients and tried to dupe them off their money. It is said that these two are only conducting their business via telephone so that they remain unidentifiable.

"There are people who have got calls saying that they needed to pay a certain sum of money to enroll themselves into Shilpa's spa and they were also apparently offering them a discounted price," says an industry informer.

Interestingly, a couple of months back, a couple of people were pulled up for pretending to be Shilpa's associates. This is the second successive imposter alert on Shilpa in two months.

"Shilpa and her partner Kiran Bawa are taking the matter up with the spa association. They feel there is someone out there wanting to malign their reputation," says the B-town source.

When contacted, Shilpa who is in Venice celebrating her Valentine's week with her hubby Raj Kundra conveyed to us that she is very disturbed with this development.
