Bollywood actress Lara Dutta cheers her husband and ace tennis player Mahesh Bhupathi at the on-going London Olympics. She was accompanied by Sania Mirza’s mother. Sania is also representing India at the Olympics with Mahesh Bhupathi.
Lara was seen watching her hubby playing at the London Olympics and lending him moral support. She also accompanied Mahesh at the Wimbledon. Since her baby Saira is too small, she was reluctant to accompany hubby at the Wimbledon but later had a change of plan.
Before the Olympics kicked off, Mahesh has made news for his refusal to be paired opposite Laender Paes and he was under media scanner for few weeks. He insists to stick to his old partner Rohan Bopanna. On seeing the pressure on him, Lara decided to fly to London to lend Mahesh moral support.
A source close to Lara says, “Lara knows that Mahesh has been through a lot in the past few weeks so she wanted to be there for him. There is tremendous pressure on him to perform and all eyes are set on the pair to bring home the doubles crown. Immediately after Wimbledon, he will proceed to play for Olympics in London itself. Lara hasn’t been with Mahesh for sometime now, since he has been constantly travelling so she thought this was a good time to fly with him to London.”
Hope, Mahesh Bhupathi will shine at the Olympics and make us all proud.
