A nanny, who is often photographed with the Sex and the City star brought the other twin, Tabitha, along.
Tabitha looked just as adorable in a pink sweater, a striped blue and white shirt and a pink flower carefully clipped into her hair.
Sarah, who has often spoken of how different her two girls are, recently explained to Jonathan Ross the contrasts between the toddlers.
'They are spiritually, politically, physically, emotionally, ideologically... they are very, very, very different in every day,' she explained.
