The actress, 36, divorced American cheating husband, basketball star Tony Parker seven months ago and have been dating for five months Eduardo Cruz.
"She is so happy with him, walking without," the Daily Star quoted a friend of Marie Bravo said.
25-year old brother, Penelope Cruz has already shifted from "Desperate Housewives" star villa in the Hollywood Hills.
"She has found her soul mate, and says she is ready to walk down the aisle again with Eduardo, despite the postponement of marriage by her terrible experience with Tony," another friend said.
Though the actress refused to make wedding plans, she said she was never happier in his life.
"I've never been happier in my life. I even met the mother of Edward and become one big happy family," said Longoria.
