With her wedding only a few weeks away, Kim Kardashian thinks that she needs to drop a few lbs. before her big day. How much weight is she looking to lose? How about two dress sizes worth?
According to OK! Magazine, Kim is trying to do what many brides do, slim down for her wedding gown. Of course, in Kim's case, the gown is not yet designed. She was recently out on the town with designer Vera Wang getting ideas.
An insider close to Kim told OK! that the reality TV star is looking to "drop two sizes" and that she would "love to lose 15 pounds, but she'll be happy with 10."What is she going to do? Starve herself?
Actually, Kim Kardashian has enlisted trainer and 'diet guru' Tracy Anderson to whip her into shape. Moreover, whipping her seems Anderson's intention:
Sometimes, when you fall in love, you take a little time off from things that are part of your regular routine. So she's going to have to get serious for her wedding.
The diet that Anderson has Kardashian on is reportedly only 1,200 calories and she has her working out almost two hours a day, six days a week.
Is this healthy? Probably not. Nevertheless, when you want to "get serious" as Anderson puts it, desperate times call for desperate measures. Sadly, some people are going to try this insane crash diet and over exercise themselves. The question is will Kim Kardashian be too worn out by her wedding night? A better question, will any of this have been worth it?
