Jennifer Aniston has revealed that running and yoga have helped her maintain her stunning bikini body -even in her 40s.
"I do yoga every other day and I usually do some sort of run before," Fox News quoted Aniston as telling CBS Early Show.
"She is great with all of the balancing poses," Aniston's longtime yoga instructor Mandy Ingber explained to mindbodygreen.com.
"She has amazing focus and presence. She does a mean tree...and can outlast my tree any day."
Aniston, despite a weakness for Mexican food, keeps her diet "clean" with loads of fresh veggies.
"You know what I''ve just started to really love lately is Brussel sprouts," Aniston told Allure magazine in February.
To replicate Aniston's lean body, trainer Joy Di Palma suggests a diet that is high in protein and consists of many small meals to keep the metabolism going.
"People who just do yoga don''t look that great," Di Palma explained to Us Weekly. "It takes eating right to really get that body."
But Aniston says that being comfortable in one's own skin is what's most important.
"You're damned if you're too thin and you're damned if you're too heavy
"According to the press, I've been both. It's impossible to satisfy everyone, and I suggest we stop trying," she had said.
