Salman Khan to co-produce ‘Chillar Party’

Salman Khan has decided to co-produce the children’s film Chillar Party along with UTV.

Chillar Party follows the life of a group of children who stand up against a corrupt politician to save a dog.

Originally the children movie was solely produced by UTV but after Salman saw the movie he fell in love with the movie and decided to be associated with it. As Salman says, "It is the most beautiful film that I have ever seen. All dog-lovers should see it, all people who hate dogs should see it, all parents and children should go for it."

Furthermore, Salman Khan has stated that all the money that he makes from the film will go to the Being Human charitable trust.

"It’s an incredible film. When I saw it, I decided to attach myself to it because its such an amazing film that I thought that Being Human and Salman Khan had to be a part of it," added Salman.

Most recently, Ranbir Kapoor shot for a full-on masti song for the children’s film. In the song, Ranbir himself dresses up as a tapori. The look is inspired from his dad Rishi Kapoor’s character Akbar in the yesteryear blockbuster Amar Akbar Anthony.

'Chillar Party' is co-directed by debutants Vikas Bahl and Nitesh Tiwary and will release on July 8th.
