In order to promote the upcoming film " Hair is Falling", a promotional activity was held at a salon in Noida.
To the surprise of everyone present, the writer of the film Vikas Taliyan went bald for the promotion and was all smiles later, without a sign of regret. The film with a "different" story, comes from the stable of a Delhi based production company that has launched its debut Hindi cinema venture.
