London, Feb 19 – Actress Mila Kunis is in talks to play the Wicked Witch of the West in new movie “Oz, The Great and Powerful”.Kunis met with director Sam Raimi and actor James Franco – who is set to appear as the Wizard of Oz’ – and all agreed she would be perfect for the role as Dorothy’s nemesis Theodorah, reports contactmusic.com.
The film talks about an unscrupulous showman on the run from an angry husband after romancing the man’s wife.
He escapes in a hot air balloon and is swept away to the magical land of Oz, where he falls in love with Glinda, the Good Witch of the North.
The shooting of the film will begin in July.
