Mani Ratnam is very fond of Abhishek Bachchan. In fact, it is generally said that Abhishek has replaced actor Madhavan as his favourite. But the relationship is not one sided as the actor too rates Mani Sir very high in his book.It seems that Abhishek is willing to make his good friend Rohan Sippy wait for dates, because he has given them all to Mani. Rohan was all set to start work on his next film with Abhishek in February next year. The film will also star Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone.
But he now has to wait till Mani's film is complete as Abhishek has given him all the dates. Abhishek knows that Rohan wants to start his film early next year, but everything got delayed because of Amitabh Bachchan's illness. The actor also had to cancel a shoot with Mani because of that. Hence,
he is now booked with the director for the next three months and can only give Rohan dates after that. It seems that Rohan will now start shooting the film after March next year. Rohan's film is said to be a thriller and will see the young Bachchan styled very differently.
