University wasn't easy, says Emma Watson

Emma Watson has admitted that her first years at Brown University "weren't easy" because she didn't get to spend a lot of time with one group of people.

The 22-year-old actress, who began her studies at the university in 2009, claimed that the American establishment was really tough, Contactmusic reported.

"My first two years at Brown weren't easy, not because I was bullied or because anyone gave me a particularly hard time, but just because, you know, without the collegiate system and at Brown everyone does completely different things and very much chooses their own path, which is great, but it's also much more difficult, too," she said.

"You're not with a group of people all the time at one time," the star said.

The British star, who completed her third year at Oxford University recently, shot to fame after playing Hermione Granger in the 'Harry Potter' film series.

The 43-year-old star emphasised her toned pins by ditching the sunbathing staple of flip-flops and wearing snakeskin heels instead.

Jennifer was accompanied by her beau, backing dancer Casper Smart; however he didn’t pose with her and was simply there to hold her hand in support.

Her toyboy, 25, looked noticeably younger than his partner in his casual get-up.

He wore red and white checked long shorts with a vest and accessorised with a Los Angeles Angels baseball team cap and Nike trainers.

Smart showed off his many tattoos and kept himself hydrated with a flavoured drink as he accompanied his girlfriend on her work duties.

Lopez has four-year-old twins, Max and Emme, with her most recent ex-husband Marc Anthony.

Although the former couple separated on July 11, 2011, she insists they still have a deep love for one another because of their kids.

Kristen Stewart refuses to talk about cheating scandal

Kristen Stewart is reportedly refusing to talk about her situation with ex-boyfriend Robert Pattinson after being hit by the cheating scandal.

The 22-year-old "Twilight" star, who skipped the London premiere of her new movie 'On The Road', will remain in hiding until next month's Toronto Film Festival.

Stewart will promote her latest flick at the Festival but does not plan on doing an interview to address her being caught having a fling with director Rupert Sanders, reported Radar Online.

"Kristen has been hiding ever since the story of her affair with Rupert broke out and she doesn't plan on breaking that habit just yet," a source said.

"Unlike Rob, who faced the music and threw himself into promoting his new movie 'Cosmopolis', Kristen isn't comfortable with facing a barrage of questions about the

cheating scandal. Her pals have urged her to follow Robert's lead and do some interviews for 'On The Road' just to get it over and done with. The sooner she faces the music, the quicker it will all end and the media glare will fall on someone else," the source added.

Stewart had publicly apologised for cheating on Pattinson with director Rupert Sanders after intimate pictures of her and Sanders emerged.

Nawab Saif Ali Khan gives away title

Divya Khosla Kumar, wife of producer Bhushan Kumar, is all set to make her directorial debut. But she hit a bit of a roadblock when she decided to use Yaariyan as the new title for her film (It was initially titled Class of 2013). It seems, since the word features in a song from Cocktail,
producer Saif Ali Khan had already copyrighted the title for future use.

That’s when Divya asked her producer hubby to talk to Saif: “Bhushan and Saif are great friends. When I told Bhushan about wanting the title, he spoke to Saif about it. And he (Saif) immediately agreed!”

Did they end up paying royalty for it? “No. It was really kind of Saif to give it to us for free,” says Divya.

We wonder what led to the change in name, though. Divya clarifies, “Class Of 2013 was a working title. It also sounded like the sort of film made for multiplex audiences. My film is for the masses, and Yaariyan suits it perfectly well.”

Since the cast consists entirely of newcomers, will any of Bhushan’s actor friends make a guest appearance? Divya says, “Such things are usually gimmicks, and I’ve frankly not thought about it. I’ll shoot the film as per the script and, if I feel the need to add special appearances, I’ll take a call then.”

Are Rohit Sharma and Sofia Hayat a couple?

It seems there's something cooking between the Indian cricketer Rohit Sharma and the British-Indian actress, Sofia Hayat.

Rohit Sharma might have lost the vote of the Indian selectors after his recent, not-so-good Sri Lankan tour but looks like he has definitely scored with British-Indian actress Sofia Hayat.

The actress was last seen in Diaries of A Butterfly and will soon take part in a TV reality show Superstud.

The two have been spotted together at various places, seemingly cosy which makes one wonder if they are 'just friends' or if there is something more serious on the cards for the two of them.

A source informs, “Apparently, the duo have been spending a lot of time together, partying and meeting up with friends and going out for coffee dates. Recently they were seen entering a hotel in Juhu for coffee. They later exited the place almost 5 hours after entering it.”

Sofia did not respond to tabloid suspiscion but a close friend of the actress says, “Yes, they know each other very well and are very close friends. It will be best if they themselves comment about their relationship with each other.”

Looks like we will have to wait till the duo come out in the open about their 'relationship status'.

Preity Zinta's comeback film Ishq In Paris, which is her home production also, is expected to release on October 5.

Actor Preity Zinta’s film, Ishkq in Paris, includes a scene that was shot on top of the Eiffel Tower, and that too,  on a day that recorded the lowest temperature that Europe has seen in the past 65 years. As a result, Zinta had to brave the cold in designer couture minus any kind of winter wear and could not reschedule it, given that the locations is one of the most expensive places to shoot at.

Director Prem Soni confirms it. “We shot in Paris, which saw the coldest winter in 65 years. Apart from the fact that we withstood the weather and successfully shot there, we also managed to get permission to shoot at the Eiffel Tower and other iconic locations that very few manage to,” he says.

The film is Zinta’s debut production and is releasing on October 5, alongside Sridevi’s comeback movie, English Vinglish. But the actor is unperturbed with the competition. “I’m not here to compete. And to pull down someone to make your way up, is not my style,” Zinta reportedly said in the past.
