Natalie Portman goes nude for Dior

London: Oscar-winning actress Natalie Portman, who recently tied the knot with Benjamin Millepied, has posed naked for Dior`s advertising campaign.

The actress de-robed for the photo shoot with photographer Mario Sorrenti to promote the brand`s new Diorskin Nude range, the Daily Mail reported.

Portman is draped topless over a chaise lounge pulling her hair off her face in one photograph while in another she faces the camera with her arms and hair covering her chest to protect her modesty.

The actress and Millepied, who raise a son together, married on Saturday in a traditional Jewish ceremony. The couple met and fell in love while shooting for 2010 film `Black Swan`.

Zooey Deschanel shares first public kiss with new boyfriend

Los Angeles: `New Girl` actress Zooey Deschanel has officially moved on with new boyfriend screenwriter Jamie Linden, whom she was seen publicly kissing six months after her divorce.
Deschanel, 32, who split from husband Ben Gibbard earlier this year after two years of marriage, was seen kissing Linden yesterday in Los Angeles, reported Us magazine.

The pair were first linked together in June after they appeared "inseparable, holding hands and hooking their arms together" at a "Magic Mike" after-party.


"Jamie`s a really nice guy. He`s funny, and a little geeky... He`s into her!," a source said.

The brunette beauty had recently said that she likes intelligent men who make her laugh.

"I think intelligence and humour are probably the most attractive traits in a guy," she had said.

Suddenly after the success of Cocktail Deepika Padukone is the flavour of the season. Offers from Prakash Jha, Rohit Shetty and apparently Sanjay Leela Bhansali, among others.

Deepika is excited about working with Sanjay Leela Bhansali, provided it happens. "It would he dream come true to work with him.If he's looking at me for Ram Leela then I'm most certainly looking back at him. The way his heroines' roles are written is incredible."

Deepika's turn as the endearing vixen Veronica has put her in a different league. "I'd say yes, people's reactions have been surprising. I got compliments from my own fraternity.My contemporaries surprised me by saying they cried and identified with Veronica. Someone called it a selfless performance. I liked that.I don't want all these compliments to go to my head. It's never been my intention to go into a different league. I have nothing to prove to anyone except myself.I've to admit people are surprised that I could pull it off. Imtiaz Ali(who wrote Cocktail),director Homi Adjania and producer Dinoo Vijayan had the confidence I could it pull off Veronica.I was offered both the female protagonists' parts, Veronica and Meera. It was Imtiaz who convinced me to take up the unconventional Veronica. We've been friends since Love Aaj Kal. He told me Meera was something similar to what I had done in Love Aaj Kal. Meera is someone I can identify with . But Imtiaz said Veronica would be a bigger challenge.I was ready to take on the risk.So I took on Veronica. Once I accepted I surrendered completely. I am glad it worked.When we were shooting it in London we never expected it would turn out so big."

And to think Deepika didn't think much of the title. "Cocktail was meant to be the tentative title. We did many brainstorming sessions to come up with another title. Finally nothing else worked."

Tell her she and Saif have become like Hema Malini and Dharmendra and Deepika laughs, "Saif says apart from Bebo(Kareena) he hasn't done so many films with any other leading lady. We didn't make a conscious effort to work together.If people like our chemistry, good."

Deepika found the process of playing Veronica liberating. "She isn't a bad character. She is only human.I love the fact that Veronica is who she is and not the least apologetic about it.I'd like to possess the same level of of honesty.Veronica is a lot like my director Homi Adjania. They both wear their heart on their sleeves and don't mince words and are very comfortable about who they are.Homi is the inspiration for my character."

The latest we hear is that she's back together with Ranbir Kapoor and they've rekindled their friendship during the shooting of their latest film.

When asked about the song Deepika is tightlipped. "I'm not telling you anything about Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani. It's too early to talk about that film.We still have a long way to go .It's a campus story. My character here is completely different from Veronica in Cocktail.It's a love story , a romcom. But I don't like the term rom-com. It gives a frivolous flavour to a film."

The internet is flooded with reports of Depika getting back together with Ranbir.

She completely refutes the reunion rumours. "We are not seeing each other again. Ranbir and I share a precious friendship.Our focus is to get the film completed.Right now I'm enjoying the success of Cocktail and I don't want to think about anything that takes away from my work. I work really hard. For a couple of years when I was with Ranbir there was too much focus on my personal life."

Deepika Padukone wants to work in Bhansali’s ‘Ram Leela’

Mumbai: Looks like Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Ram Leela’ is going the ‘Heroine’ way – it is becoming Controversy’s favourite child.

Bhansali had wanted Kareena Kapoor to play the lead in the film. But when he realised that by the time the shoot starts, she might be a married woman, he decided to drop her from the project.

And since then, the likes of Priyanka Chopra and Deepika Padukone have been in news over ‘Ram Leela’.

Deepika, who is still basking in the success of her latest ‘Cocktail’, has shown interest in working with Bhansali.

The actress, while talking to a media house said, “It would be like a dream come true to work with him. If he`s looking at me for Ram Leela, I`m most certainly looking forward to working in it. The way his heroines` roles are written, is incredible.”

Veroinca helped Deepika gain recognition as an actress. But it will be interesting to see if Leela can transform her into an ace.

Mallika Sherawat escapes attack!

Mallika Sherawat is afraid to return to Rajasthan after allegedly inebriated youths tried to accost her in her hotel room

She may be known as having a motor mouth in public but a recent incident left even Mallika Sherawat running for cover. A group of allegedly high on alcohol sons of local influential businessmen and politicians kicked up a ruckus outside the door of her hotel room near Jaipur. Sources close to the actress say she is extremely upset since the incident and is even scared to return to the town to resume her ongoing shoot schedule.

Says an onlooker, “Everyone around was aware of Mallika’s presence in the town for her film based on Bhanwari Devi. There was high security arranged for her stay in the hotel but some young guys managed to get in and started banging on her door, all the time singing lewd songs and passing crass comments.”

A distressed Mallika phoned the hotel front desk and her spot boys asking them to help her. Help arrived soon after and the men were dragged out of the hotel. A friend of the actress says, “Mallika wanted to file a police complaint but later decided against it. Now she is too scared to even go back there.” The actress remained unavailable for comment.
