Kangana Ranaut training to play desi Lara Croft

Kangana Ranaut is working pretty hard these days to acquire the desi Lara Croft image before she starts shooting for Krrish 2.

 She has been taking inspiration from Hollywood action flicks and is particularly inspired by Hilary Swank's role in The Next Karate Kid. A source said Kangana has been taking Karate lessons for quite some time now. Hilary had looked hot and at the same time tough in The Next Karate Kid and Kangana seems to be the perfect blend as well.

Talking about her rigorous training sessions, she said: "I wanted to be completely prepared physically before we kickstart the shooting for Krrish 2." With such gusto and ardour, it seems Kangana is all set to become the first tough woman of Bollywood.

Looks like Shah Rukh Khan is in a mood to make Salman scorn. At an award function held recently, SRK went on to kiss Katrina Kaif which left the audience spellbound.

On the show, Katrina danced on the beats of some of the melodious yesteryear songs with Shah Rukh. It was a bolt out of the blue when King Khan suddenly kissed Katrina's cheek which left the audience asking for more.

Shah Rukh was dressed in a tuxedo and Kat looked gorgeous in a pink saree. The duo shook and danced together on the stage but it was a mesmerising moment when SRK kissed Katrina.

Just wondering if this kiss lands him in trouble with Salman. Katrina and SRK will be seen together in Yash Raj Chopra's forthcoming film. The film has already been announced and it will go on floor by the end of this year.

Looks like the two are already making their chemistry felt.

Katrina Kaif in MP temple town for ad shoot

After Bhopal, the temple town of Orchha has become a hot destination for Bollywood stars and filmmakers.

Two years back, Abhishek Bachchan and his actress-wife Aishwarya stayed in the town for nearly 15 days to shoot for their film Raavan. Now Bollywood star Katrina Kaif has arrived in the temple town to shoot for a commercial.

She will be in Orchha till today, Mohit, manager of the production house handling the ad-film, told reporters today.

Katrina is here with a group of 40 artistes for shooting for the commercial of a soft drink.

Quoting Katrina, Mohit said she appreciated the architectural beauty of ancient buildings in the town which is situated on the banks of river Betwa.

Orchha, located in Tikamgarh district, has a famous temple of Lord Ram.
