Celina Jaitley denies pregnancy behind surprise wedding

Celina Jaitley is upset over reports suggesting the her recent marriage to businessman Peter Haag happened because she is pregnant. 

The 29-year-old, who got married in a very hush-hush way on July 23, says it was kept a secret because of a family tragedy and she was not pregnant at the time of wedding.

"I am saddened by the fact that people have fallen down to the level of speculating that pregnancy was the reason of our marriage. Well, love was the only reason and no, we were not pregnant at the time of our wedding. "We have just been through a family tragedy, so please allow us to plan our family in bliss, and not stress. As for baby news, well we will keep you updated here on Twitter," Jaitley wrote.

The actress was last seen in Anees Bazmee's 'Thank You'.

Jennifer Aniston's mother suffers a stroke

Actress Jennifer Aniston has rushed to her mother Nancy's hospital bedside after she suffered a stroke.

The former 42-year-old former Friends' star, who was estranged from her mother for 10-years after she gave an interview about their relationship in 1996, rushed to be with 75-year-old following the incident, reported TMZ online.

She was accompanied by her boyfriend Justin Theroux on the visit to a Los Angeles medical centre, which caused Aniston to cry during her time there. Nancy is reportedly unable to speak and is in a serious condition.

The actress previously confirmed she and her mother, who was not invited to her wedding to Brad Pitt in 2000, were back on speaking terms after ending the rift in 2008. "It's good. It's OK. Things are now fine between us. All of that is over, and we're in touch with one another. We speak and it's all over," she said.

Nancy has previously written a book about their life, entitled From Mother and Daughter to Friends.

We have issues with Kangana, admit Rascals' producers

The producers of David Dhawan's forthcoming film Rascals have confirmed that they have some issues with Kangana Ranaut, who is playing one of the female lead in the film.

Directed by Dhawan, Rascals is an action-comedy starring Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgn, Kangana and Lisa Haydon.

B-town is abuzz with rumours that Kangana has demanded more money from the producers.

The actress did not attend the music launch of the film, nor was she present for the launch of its first look.

"We do have issues with Kangana. She has this starry attitude," said co-producer Sanjay Ahluwalia.

Rascals is produced by Sanjay Dutt, Sanjay Ahluwalia and Vinay Choksey.

The film releases on October 7.

Mausam release to September 23 instead of September 16

The release of Shahid Kapur-starrer Mausam, where the actor plays a fighter pilot, has been postponed by a week due to issues raised by the Indian Air Force (IAF).

"The film has been postponed to September 23 from September 16 due to two reasons - we had received only a conditional NOC from the IAF and Censor board had given U-certificate but they wanted to review the movie once again," the film's director Pankaj Kapur told reporters in Mumbai.

"It was the question of IAF security, which was very important. We could not refuse as it was a matter of national security.

"They (IAF) wanted to make a correction in a 30-second sequence. The scene has not changed. It is only the tiny details that have been changed," he said, while praising IAF for their continuous support during the making of the movie.

IAF had raised objection to an action scene in the film and had held back the NoC until the changes were made.

"The scene had computer graphics and was not ready, hence we could not show it to IAF before. We got the clearance from IAF and censor board yesterday.

"Since the corrected print was not ready and we could not send it to our distributors abroad we have pushed the release of the film ahead. We wanted to release the movie world-wide on the same date," said Pankaj, who is making his directorial debut with the film. Meanwhile, Shahid said he was happy that he had one week more to promote the film.

"We have got one more week to promote the movie abroad which we could not do earlier. We are looking at having a premier in London three days before release and also in Mumbai a day before the release," he said.

On whether he was frustrated with the postponement of the film, Shahid said, "I am anxious and excited but not frustrated. Everyone wants to see the movie on the date of release. It's an unfortunate incident."

"I am happy that no major release is lined-up. We are having a solo release. Every one would like to release their movie individually. It is a sensible thing," said Shahid, who was last seen in the much delayed Milenge Milenge.

Actress Sonam Kapoor too echoed Shahid's views.

"I am happy that we have got one more week to promote the movie. It is okay... we have waited for long and it is just seven days more," she said.

Salman Khan in no mood to make peace with Shah Rukh Khan

No matter how hard actor Shah Rukh Khan tries, actor Salman Khan seems to be in no mood to smoke the peace pipe with him. In a recent interaction, Shah Rukh said that he wants to wish a speedy recovery to Salman who was about to go through a surgery at that point of time.

Salman who had just been to London for the screening of Katrina Kaif’s last film, indicated that he is in no mood to accept the olive branch being extended from Shah Rukh.

“I travel to different places and meet a lot of people. Let these people pray for themselves,” he said in reply to a specific question about Shah Rukh’s prayers for him. Salman had ignored the first few questions about Shah Rukh initially as well.

Understandably, SRK had previously said that he wishes Salman Khan a speedy recovery. “If anybody is unwell we all feel sad about it. I wish him (Salman) a speedy recovery and all the best in life. Because everyone misses him... it is very sad when you fall ill,” Shah Rukh had said, adding later, “I have undergone several surgeries and I think it is very important, when our bodies get injured or hurt, that they get cured soon. It is not nice when you lead an actor’s life. I wish for a healthy life not only on this auspicious occasion of Eid, but everyday. I don’t want people to have difficulties in life.”

RA.One will make Rs 200 crore: Kareena Kapoor

Bodyguard smashed many records, netting Rs 21.50 crore across India on its opening day, streaking way ahead of Ready (Rs 12.50 crore), 3 Idiots (2009, Rs 14 crore) and even Salman Khan’s last Eid blockbuster, Dabbang (2010, Rs 14.50 crore). As of Tuesday, the movie had netted Rs 128 crore across India, with a worldwide gross of Rs 215 crore.

And its lead actor, Kareena Kapoor is thrilled. “I spoke to Salman in the US post his surgery. We congratulated each other on our huge success and he asked me how it felt to feature in the No 1 and No 2 films of the year. I wondered which was which and he said we’d chat about it once he got back,” chuckles the actor, who after 3 Idiots and Golmaal 3, is being touted as the Rs 100 crore heroine.

Kareena admits that after they picturised the romantic, Teri Meri Prem Kahani, she was confident that the film would be a monstrous hit. “But I wasn’t expecting my movies to be competing with each other in terms of box-office collections. It’s something I’ve dreamt of for years, worked hard towards, and today, have no time to enjoy because I’m so busy.”

The actor is now eyeing a bumper Diwali with Shah Rukh Khan’s RA.One. “If Bodyguard made Rs 100 crore, then RA.One will make Rs 200 crore,” asserts Kareena, who plays a sweet and simple Punjabi wife and mother.

She adds, “Shah Rukh has done something spectacular.” The film’s music released on Monday with a live concert and she’s overwhelmed by the craze Chamak Challo has generated. “Everyone was waiting to see the full track. My fans like me in a sari, so do I. And now that the Size zero chapter is out of my life forever, I have the curves to carry off the desi girl look to perfection.” Kareena is equally enthused about another song, O Dildara…: “It’s a typical love song and I’m romancing Shah Rukh Khan. Wow!”

Yoga guru Baba Ramdev has lashed out at item girl and media hog Rakhi Sawant for using his name to gain publicity for her show.

We all know how bombastically Rakhi Sawant boasted about Baba Ramdev’s hotness, his ‘sexy’ tummy-deflating breathing exercises, and even went on to say that she wants to marry the yoga guru. She did this while promoting her telly show Gajab Desh Ki Ajab Kahaniyaan.

Baba Ramdev had not responded to Rakhi Sawant’s statements but when he appeared at a special episode of the telly show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs on Monday, the mediapersons asked for his reaction to Rakhi’s boast.

“Agar Rakhi mera naam leke apne show ka promotion karwana chahti hai toh yeh kaafi ochi baat hai. Ek sant ko Rakhi apna target bana rahi hai (If Rakhi is using my name to promote her show, then it’s a cheap thing to do. Rakhi is targeting a saint),” Baba Ramdev is quoted to have said.

Meanwhile, Baba Ramdev did show his singing talent on the show Sa Re Ga Ma Pa L’il Champs by singing patriotic and spiritual songs.

Kangana Ranaut abuses her ex boyfriend Adhyayan Suman on phone!

What’s going on! Once lovers are now haters - Adhyayan Suman, who dated actress Kangana Ranaut for a year, now claims that his ex-girlfriend only knows how to use and abuse.

The couple, who starred together in the film Raaz - The Mystery Continues, had an ugly breakup in the year 2009. Adhyayan Suman’s relationship with Kangana came to fore again when it was reported that Ranaut had falsely claimed to have been approached as the face of Hollywood celebrity Paris Hilton’s brand in India.

Adhyayan then made a statement that it was he who introduced Kangana to Paris Hilton. Now, he says that his ex-flame is making his life hell over that statement. “Kangna only knows how to use, abuse and throw. She has flooded me with abusive calls ever since the truth about her fake claims came out,” Adhyayan tells a daily.

Though Kangana always maintained that her relationship with Adhyayan Suman ended amicably, Adhyayan now alleges that Kangana ‘destroyed’ him during their year-long relationship. He even went on record to say that Kangana’s aides have been calling his mother and harassing her.

Kangana Ranaut chose not to comment on the situation, a source close to the actress says that this is all for publicity.

We should have our own superheroes: Shah Rukh | 'Ra.One' releases on October 26

Mumbai: With the release of sci-fi films like 'Ra.One', superstar Shah Rukh Khan feels that Indian cinema would have its own superhero, pushing imported 'Batmans' and Harry Potters to the back seat.

"This film is one of its kinds and I am saying this from my 20 years of experience in Indian cinema. We all in the entertainment industry do look at it as something that will take Indian films forward not that I have made it and not because all of us are part of it.

Its important that Indian films must go forward why get into things like from where it has been copied...and that its batman type and all," Shah Rukh told reporters here last night. 

"We all are going to have Indian superheroes and not only me there are going to be other actors who are going to make this genre possible. In the entire world its the only country in the world that has superhero films is America..why it should be so. We are the largest Indian film producing nation in the world why should we not have superhero...whether it is Drona, Krrish or my film...or ten more such films that will come," he said. 

'Ra.One', is a superhero film, has been directed by Anubhav Sinha and produced under the banner of Khan's Red Chillies Entertainment. 

"With this film we have taken the technology forward and we should be proud of it. Till how much time we will have Harry Potter type movies. I think we need to make Harry Potter, Batman and Superman here. I don't know the fate of the film...how many people will like it. But this is genuinely this is a very special film," Shah Rukh said. 

The movie will see Shah Rukh playing 'G.One' and Arjun Rampal as 'Ra.One'. 

"All superhero films are same like there is a superhero, there is a super villain and then he dies. And this Dusshera you will see the mythological Raavan getting killed in 3D. I am sure you will like it. Yes the film looks like all the movies in this world. But yet I would say it is a unique film and I can assure you this," Khan said. 

The movie also stars Kareena Kapoor, Shahana Goswami, Dilip Tahil and Chinese-American actor Tom Wu.'Ra.One' releases on October 26.
