Rachel Weisz poses with a lion

Bond girl Rachel Weisz posed with a live lion for Bulgari's latest fragrance campaign.

Clutching a bottle of Jasmin Noir scent and draped in diamonds, the 41-year-old flashed some smouldering looks alongside a live lion, one of the emblems of the luxury label.

The daring pictures were shot by photography duo Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott who recently snapped Naomi Campbell for Gucci.

Preview images have been released following the news that the actress has been chosen as the face of the brand's Jasmin Noir fragrance that will launch this August.

"Rachel Weisz embodies the quintessential contemporary woman. Her beauty, portrays simple yet extremely intriguing femininity," the Daily Mail quoted a spokesperson for the brand as saying.

This collaboration comes just weeks after news of her secret, New York wedding to 'Bond' star Daniel Craig emerged.

Nicole Scherzinger: "I used to be so insecure"

Former Pussycat Dolls reveals that she was a "geek" while growing up

She became an instant sex symbol when she launched to fame as the lead singer of girlband the Pussycat Dolls, but Nicole Scherzinger says she was actually a "geek" before she became a popstar.

The 33-year-old, who recently replaced UK singer Cheryl Cole as a judge on the US 'X Factor', reveals that she struggled with low self-esteem while growing up.

"I was a geek in high school. I only got rid of of my glasses when I joined the [Pussycat] Dolls," she says in an interview with InStyle magazine.

"I didn’t have great self-esteem growing up. I was so insecure. I had a really sheltered life, a strong Catholic family. The only place I opened up was when I was singing, performing."
The Pussycat Dolls split up last year and the star is now going it alone, she recently released her debut solo album 'Killer Love.'

Nicole, who is dating 26-year-old Formula 1 racer Lewis Hamilton, shows just how flexible she is in a stunning photo-shoot for the fashion magazine where she is pictured doing the splits.

In a second shot she is pictured staring at the camera seductively while wearing a low-cut white outfit.
The 'Hold Your Breath' singer admits that she works hard to maintain her figure.

"My physique definitely takes work," she says. "But I fluctuate... Sometimes I'm in superhero mode and I'm all buff and lean, but at the moment I'm a little more relaxed."

The full interview is available in the latest edition of UK InStyle

Kate Moss' teenage sister is model in the making

Charlotte Moss, the teenage sister of Kate Moss has been lauded as a star in the making after she was spotted at her sister's wedding recently.

Charlotte, 13, known affectionately as Lottie, could follow in her supermodel sister's footstep, after agent Carol White, who famously turned down Kate, said that she is a "beautiful and fresh" face for the future.
"Lottie has wonderful features and could definitely make a model" the Daily Express quoted White, who founded Premier Models as saying.

However, the youngster's mother, Inger said that Charlotte is still too young.
"Lottie is too young. When she is old enough, it will be her decision," Inger said.
The youngster and Kate, 37 share the same father in Peter Moss, whose second wife Inger is Lottie's mother.

Kristen Stewart loves her risk-taking co-star

Kristen Stewart and Garrett Hedlund star in "On the Road."
While Robsten are still going strong, Robert Pattinson had better watch his back because Kristen Stewart is totally bonding with another costar, Garrett Hedlund.

"They became really close friends after filming in 'On the Road,'" a source close to the pair tells us of the gorgeous actors, whose new flick, based on the famous Jack Kerouac book, is due out later this year.

But despite having worked together, what keeps these two good pals hanging out afterwards?

"They have very similar personalities," our expert insider reveals. "Garrett is a free spirit who is a risk taker, and so is Kristen. Garrett rides a motorcycle, and Kristen is totally into it. They both have a bit of daredevil in them."

Calm down, R.Pattz fans, before sending those death threats to Garrett, you should know that these two buds are strictly platonic. But as long as we've gone there, ya know, should anything ever go wrong with Rob, Garrett sure ain't a bad backup plan for K.Stew!

"They are truly just friends," says our K source, who also adds that Garrett is "currently single."

Last month, the two were spotted partying in London with fellow "On the Road" costar (and Rob BFF) Tom Sturridge and his ladylove, Sienna Miller. The crew were photographed exiting the Groucho Club in the wee hours of the morning.

And it turns out K.Stew and G.Hed have been spending time together, domestically, too.
"They were hanging out with friends at Chateau Marmont in Los Angeles a few weeks ago," adds the pal of the pair. "They definitely keep in touch."

And while Kris' main man has been sequestered to Canada shooting "Cosmopolis," we doubt it's totally painful enjoying the company of a totally hot cowboy in the meantime.

Apparently, Kris just can't resist a dude with a guitar. (We completely understand.)

Paris Hilton urges stalker to stay away from her

Paris Hilton has opened about her obsessed fan who was arrested outside her beachfront home on Independence Day (04Jul11).

The socialite branded the man a 'creep' and urged him to leave her alone, reports the Daily Express.
Hilton was enjoying the holiday festivities at her house in Malibu, California when cops were alerted to a man sitting on the beach outside, peering into her home.

James Rainford was detained on suspicion of breaching a restraining order, which bans him from going within 200 yards (183 m) of the star, and she watched from her balcony as he was bundled away in a squad car.
Hilton has now written about the incident on her Twitter.com page, imploring the man to stay away from her.
She wrote, "My stalker needs to leave me alone... Creep."

Lindsay Lohan: "I should never have been jailed"

Lindsay Lohan has launched a furious tirade against the American judicial system – less than a week after her release from house-arrest.

The 24-year old actress’s once promising career has been blighted by high-profile scrapes with the law over recent years, including an arrest for driving under the influence, court-ordered spells in rehab and a series of stints behind bars for parole violation.

But Lindsay – a free woman after completing 35-days of house-arrest for the alleged theft of a $2,500 necklace – believes she never should have been sent to prison in the first place.

“Unless you’re a killer, I don’t see a reason to stay there,” she told Italy’s Vanity Fair magazine. “I never hurt anyone but myself.”

The actress – who found fame as a fresh-faced 11-year old in 1998 movie ‘The Parent Trap’ – also believes being thrust into the spotlight at an early age contributed to her bad behaviour.

“I think that being young and in the position that I was in you don’t really take the time to appreciate what you have,” she said. “It was all a whirlwind and I’m not a kid anymore, I’m 24 and I’ve made mistakes but I feel like if I can just stay focussed I can achieve what I want to achieve.”

Rihanna: Men 'should have to earn my love'

Think you have what it takes to date Rihanna

Currently single (she split with pro baseball player Matt Kemp in December), the 23-year-old "California King Bed" singer tells the August issue of Cosmopolitan U.K. she's ready for romance.

"I'm open to love. But guys should have to earn it. Because the minute they get it, they want something else," she explains. "Men are like hunters: they like the chase. So you have to keep 'em guessing. Actually, I'm like that too. I get bored quickly. So if someone can make me laugh, that's the best."

Being in the public eye, she says, makes dating more difficult. "It can definitely be intimidating to guys to date someone in this industry," Rihanna admits. "It's really hard to find a guy who doesn't care about that stuff. Right now, it's easier just having my career to focus on."

The singer also opens up about her devastating split with Chris Brown, who abused Rihanna following a pre-Grammys party in February 2009.

"It was a very aggressive and defensive time, and that allowed me to start not giving a s---. I walked around with a very f--k-you attitude," Rihanna says. "I've always been good at masking my emotions. For me, it's tougher to be vulnerable than to be tough."

Amitji loves me too much: Aamir Khan

I have the highest regard for Amitji (Amitabh Bachchan). He is a gentleman and loves me too much. I refuse to believe that he could say anything damaging about my film or me,” says Aamir Khan, on being questioned on a recent post on Bachchan’s blog that supposedly lashes out at Delhi Belly producer’s “immodesty”.

The actor-producer however admits that there is a section of conservative purists, who have been running down his film. He reasons, “Anyone who’s a youth icon — Elvis Preseley and the Beatles or Madonna and Michael Jackson — has been panned. Saadat Hasan Manto and Ismat Chugtai had criminal cases lodged against them for obscenity. But I refuse to believe that Amitji’s is one of these voices.”

Pakistan has refused to allow screenings of Delhi Belly. Aamir’s not surprised, as it doesn’t have the “artistic freedom of a democracy”. For him it’s enough that the collections are great in the UK, US, Australia and the Gulf. Back home too, the footfalls have been higher on Monday and Tuesday as compared to Friday. “Going by numbers, Rs 5.65 crore (Monday’s figures) and Rs 5.40 core (Tuesday’s collections) are lower than Rs 7.15 crore (Friday’s gross), but ticket prices drop by 1/3 on weekdays. However, thanks to the strong word-of-mouth, viewers are flocking to theatres even on weekdays, some returning for a repeat. That’s never happened with me in my entire career.”

Some allege that he’s been manipulating figures. He laughs, “Numbers speak for themselves and you can’t manipulate them. The film is a hit not just in the metros, multiplexes and overseas, but even in single screen theatres in the interiors of Gujarat, Punjab, Bengal, Bihar, CPCI, Uttar Pradesh and Rajasthan. You can’t get more heartland than that,” says a relieved and thrilled Aamir.

Mahesh Bhatt believes the ‘adult’ certification used as a forbidden carrot is pulling in the crowds. Aamir disagrees, “An ‘A’ certificate is never a guarantee for a hit. If anything, it reduced my audience by half. I lost out on the eight to 18 year segment, that’s my biggest fan base and their parents too. Abusive language doesn’t make a film successful, not does action or item numbers,” he argues. “There’s been talk about our colourful vocabulary, but this is not the first time people have heard such words. That’s why it’s an adult film.”
How much does Delhi Belly owe its success to Aamir’s marketing genius? He says, “I can get people to come for the first or second show through hype, but if they are returning for more, it’s because the film works for them.” Will he now be encouraged to take bigger risks? “All six films from Aamir Khan Productions in 10 years have been risks and we’ve earned on all of them. I don’t make a film because it’s a risk, but because I believe in it,” he argues. Should AB Corp and Viacom 18 have pushed forward the release of Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap by a week or two? Says Aamir, “Two, three even four films coming together don’t affect the success of one or the other. We were never competition for Amitji, he’s too big a star!.”

DB sequel on? Aamir smiles According to recent news reports, Aamir Khan’s next production, to be directed by wife Kiran Rao, could be a sequel to Delhi Belly. It’s likely to star the film’s comic trio – Imran Khan, Vir Das, Kunal Roy Kapoor – besides Aamir himself as Disco Fighter (his ‘item role’ from the first part). In Delhi Belly itself, if you recall, when Aamir’s character appears at the end, a freeze frame announces his next film titled ‘Disco Fighter’, slated for Christmas, 2011 release. When asked to comment, Aamir says, “I’m not saying this is true or false. I’m only smiling. Kiran’s working on a script, till it's locked, I can’t comment.”

Lindsay Lohan’s August Cover Of Italia Vanity Fair

Lindsay Lohan and is on the cover of the August issue of Italian Vanity Fair.
The 25 year-old actress gives the camera her all in a gingham bustier top and white short shorts and tells the magazine she’s not really the type of criminal that should ever have been in jail.
“Unless you’re a killer, I don’t see a reason to stay there. I never hurt anyone but myself,” Lohan proclaimed.
The DUI – lucky she didn’t hurt anyone. The jewelry she stole – I suppose in her mind the owners weren’t hurt when she left with their product without paying. Oh Lindsay.
Lohan also mentions she has a permit for a gun, showing it to the photographer, who was able to take the pictures of Lohan because she was on house arrest – anyone catching the odd irony here?
But Lohan, ever the optimist, wants to get back to work and put her troubles behind her.
“In October, I’ll begin work [on Gotti: Three Generations.] I hope to spend next year on set,” she told Italia Vanity Fair.
“It was all a whirlwind but I’m not a kid anymore. I’m 24 [the interview was conducted just prior to her 25th birthday on July 2nd] and I’ve made a lot of mistakes but I feel like if I can just stay focused I can achieve what I want to achieve.”
With this cover and story, will American Vanity Fair still have her for the September issue as rumored? But more importantly, do her issues sell?

Beckhams Celebrate 12th Wedding Anniversary

Heavily-pregnant Victoria Beckham and her soccer star husband David celebrated their 12th wedding anniversary by spending a family day on a beach.

The 37-year-old singer-turned-fashion-designer, who is expecting her fourth child, preferred to sit down and watch as David and her sons - Brooklyn, 12, Romeo, 8, and Cruz, 6, played water sports and kept running into the sea.

The former Spice Girl only posed for family snaps as David took pictures, Contactmusic reported.

Victoria was rumoured to have booked herself in for a Caesarean section on that particular day (July 4) to give birth to their daughter. Eventually, the couple quashed the rumours by stepping out arm-in-arm on a Los Angeles beach.

Jessica Alba Is A Protective Mom

Jessica Alba "didn't leave the house" when she first became a mom. The 'Little Fockers' actress - who is currently expecting her second child with husband Cash Warren - explained she found it difficult to balance being a mother with her acting career after she first gave birth to daughter Honor Marie two years ago.

She said: "After I had Honor I didn't leave the house for a while. It was all about changing diapers and feedings and still trying to get back in to the routine of my acting thing.

"I love what I do. But unless it's worth it, I'm not going to spend time away from my daughter. Before I had her, work was all I had. Now it's not."

However, being an experienced mom now has its benefits, as the 30-year-old beauty doesn't have the same "anxieties" she suffered when she was pregnant with Honor.

In an interview with Latina magazine, Jessica added: "The first time around, every moment was so new and terrifying and now I know what to expect. It's like, 'It's fine, I've been there before'.

"With Honor, I was constantly asking myself, 'Is she moving? Is her heart beating?' I'd worry about everything, and with this baby I don't have the same anxieties."

What keeps Kim Kardashian glowing?

It's the little things in her bag like cleansing wipes, mascara and blush that keep reality star Kim Kardashian glowing all the time.

The 30-year-old socialite is quite a fan of smoky eye make-up and pink cheeks, and knows the colours and shades that suit her skin tone and wardrobe, reports contactmusic.com.

"I love a brown smoky eye. You really have to circle your eyes with colour for the best effect. I switch to grey or black depending on what I'm wearing. I'm Armenian so I inherited good lashes. I always curl them and then wiggle Lancome mascara through twice," said Kardashian.

"I love Blush in Orgasm by NARS. It goes everywhere with me and looks great on olive skin tones like mine," she added.

Kardashian says cleansing wipes are her "saving grace" because they help her take off her make-up with ease.

"Face wipes are my saving grace. They're so quick and easy. I love Daily Facial Express Wet Cleansing Clothes because the texture is quite grainy, so they exfoliate my skin too."

'Sweetheart' Neil, 'darling' Sonam!

Sonam Kapoor and Neil Nitin Mukesh have been sharing sweet nothings off the sets of Abbas-Mustan's "Players". Both the actors took to Twitter to shower compliments on each other.

"Last day of my song with @NeilNMukesh! He's a sweetheart...Even when he steps on my feet," Sonam posted, while Neil wrote: "Great day at shoot with my darling @sonamakapoor. I've troubled her loads. But she is simply amazing."

As Sonam pointed out, the actors were busy shooting for a song for "Players", a Hindi remake of British film "The Italian Job". The movie is a multi-starrer, and also features Abhishek Bachchan, Bipasha Basu, Bobby Deol, Omi Vaidya and Sikander Kher.

Preity brushing up French for Ishq In Paris: Director

Director Prem Soni says that by the time the shooting of Ishq In Paris starts, lead actress Preity Zinta would have got her French absolutely right. He also says that in spite of the costs involved, there was no other city he would have shot the film in.

"Ishq In Paris", an Indo-French project, is Preity's first production venture and she plays a half-Indian half-French girl who falls in love in one of the most expensive cities in the world to shoot in.

"From the start, we were very sure that Preity would get her French absolutely right with the correct accent and pronunciation. We did not want to dub her French dialogues. By the time we start shooting, I am dead sure Preity will know as much French as any native and speak the language fluently enough to pass off as a Frenchwoman," said Soni.

He thinks there's something distinctly French about Preity's looks and added: "So many people have commented on how French she looks. I couldn't have cast anyone else in the role."

So expensive is Paris to shoot in that Sanjay Gadhvi had to shelve his Katrina Kaif-Imran Khan romance "7 Days In Paris" due to the costs involved.

"I'm aware of this. But for 'Ishq In Paris', it was always Paris or nothing. I couldn't locate this love story anywhere else. I started writing the script two years ago. From the start I was sure it had to be Paris or nothing," says the director who spent his formative years in Spain.

Though the director doesn't want to reveal this, there will apparently be two different versions of the film - one for the Indian and the other for the international market.

Rihanna Is Open To Love

'Unfaithful' singer Rihanna, who is single after her split from Drake, says she is open to love but wants a man to "earn" her affections.

"I'm open to love. But guys should have to earn it.

Because the minute they get it, they want something else. Men are like hunters; they like the chase. So you have to keep 'em guessing. Actually, I'm like that too. I get bored quickly. So if someone can make me laugh, that's the best," Rihanna said.

However, the singer feels that it is very difficult to adjust with a man who is in the same profession and thinks that she can be an "intimidating" prospect for men.

"It can definitely be intimidating to guys to date someone in this industry. And it's really hard to find a guy who doesn't care about that stuff," Rihanna said.
