Denise Richards adopts a baby girl

Former Bond girl Denise Richards has become a mum for the third time as she has adopted another daughter.

She named the baby Eloise Joni, after her late mom Joni. The 40-year-old is already mother to Sami, 7, and Lola, 5, from her marriage to Charlie Sheen, little Eloise Joni.

"Eloise Joni Richards is named after Denise's mom, and Denise and her daughters Sami and Lola chose the name Eloise.

Denise and Eloise's big sisters couldn't be happier and feel incredibly blessed," the star's rep said.
Richards' mum Joni passed away in 2007 after a battle with cancer.

Salman to face tiger for bro’s film

Salman Khan will spar with a real tiger for brother Sohail Khan’s forthcoming film, Sher Khan. “Along with some of the cast and crew members, Salman will take lessons from expert animal trainers in Thailand, where 80 per cent of the film is slated to be shot. This is important for safety requirements,” Sohail reveals.

An action-adventure film set in a jungle, Sher Khan apparently aims to raise moral issues like animal poaching and land encroachment. Salman should be right at ease with the subject, considering he has been convicted and has served jail time in Jodhpur for hunting the endangered black buck.

Sohail, who returns to directing after nine years, says, “Majority of the scenes will be shot with a real tiger, we also plan to use special effects like computer graphics (CG) and Animaltronics. We will take a lot of pictures of the real tiger and create a CG version of it. Whenever Salman and the tiger are together in a close-up, we plan to use that technology. For shots which are not too dangerously close, we will use the real tiger.” Sources say that the director wanted to make the film in 3D, but Salman had reservations about it since he didn’t think the market existed in India.

But Sohail insists, “Only after the final draft of the script is ready will we decide if it has scope for 3D or not. Kona Venkat, the film’s scriptwriter, just gave me the first draft a fortnight ago. We are working on the story-board now.” They plan to contact animal experts to figure out what the tigers can be trained to do. “There will be a doctor and vet on the sets. We will ensure the safety of the animal and of the people around it, before we go on the floors,” Sohail assures.

Though the film is set in Assam and Bengal, the Khan brothers will shoot in Thailand to avoid running into trouble with animal activists. Sohail says, “It’s very difficult to obtain permissions and shoot without getting sued by animal activists in India. That’s why we are applying for permissions in Thailand.”

He adds, “Our family loves animals. We’re excited at the prospect of working with a real tiger. Salman and I visited a sanctuary in Bangkok where monks have been taking care of tigers for 300 years.

Kids walk around with tigers on leashes. We were surprised to see how disciplined the animals were.”

Kate, Jamie: Just Married

Kate Moss has married Jamie Hince.

The British supermodel wed The Kills rocker in a ceremony held in St Peter's Church in Southrop, the Cotswolds, South West England, yesterday afternoon (01.07.11).

Kate, 37, wore an ivory sleeveless vintage styled John Galliano dress with gold detail and a long veil, while Jamie - who wore sunglasses as he posed with Kate for photos - wore a light blue double-breasted suit.
The couple's ceremony took around 45 minutes, before they left the church to cheers from locals.

Kate was surrounded by her 15 bridesmaids including her daughter, Lila Grace, eight, as they posed for pictures.

The couple then kissed before getting into a Rolls-Royce Silver Shadow car, which drove them back to their home in nearby Little Faringdon.
As the car pulled away the newlyweds waved and a Rolling Stones track could be heard playing on its stereo.

Local resident Martin Owen told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "I saw her arriving at the church. She looked amazing. She always looks amazing.
"We've got to know her well as she comes to the pub here frequently, most weekends."

Guests at the wedding included supermodel Naomi Campbell  - who arrived after the bride and had to run to get into church before her - actors Sadie Frost and Jude Law, businessman Philip Green, Kate's former partner - and father to Lila - Jefferson Hack and Mick Jones from punk band The Clash.

The happy couple are now said to be planning a three-day mini 'festival' to celebrate their union, with a number of bands playing.

Shriver Files Papers To Divorce Schwarzenegger

Six weeks after Arnold Schwarzenegger revealed he had fathered a child out of wedlock, wife Maria Shriver filed divorce papers Friday to end their marriage of 25 years.

The former television journalist and Kennedy family heiress cited irreconcilable differences but offered no additional details about the breakup.

She also did not list a date when the couple separated, although they announced they had done so on May 9.

A week later, the former California governor and one-time action star admitted he fathered a child with a member of his household staff years ago.

The filing, which Shriver signed nearly two weeks ago, signals an end to a union that began with a storybook wedding on a spring day in 1986 in Cape Cod and brought together a bodybuilder and rising action star and a princess of the Kennedy clan, herself an up-and-coming network newscaster.

They apparently entered marriage with no plans that it would end. Shriver's filing does not indicate the couple had a premarital agreement.

That means Schwarzenegger's earnings from a career as a Hollywood megastar, which allowed him to forgo a salary as governor and commute by private jet to Sacramento, likely will be evenly divided with his estranged wife.

Shriver is seeking spousal support but any amount would be determined later, either through a settlement agreement or by a judge. The divorce is expected to be handled mostly behind closed doors.

Several of Schwarzenegger's biggest hits, including "Predator," ''True Lies" and the blockbuster sequel "Terminator 2" were made during his marriage to Shriver.

Shriver became an award-winning television journalist but put her career on hold when Schwarzenegger ran for governor.

Economic disclosure forms filed when Schwarzenegger left as California governor in January show he has interests in at least eight entities each worth $1 million or more. An exact tally of his wealth is impossible to calculate.

The forms also show he still retains rights to intellectual property from his days as a fitness guru and movie star.

Shriver's holdings are more modest but are listed in the disclosure as being worth more than $1 million. She is a member of the Kennedy family and a beneficiary of some of its assets in addition to owning rights and royalties from her work as an author, the filings show.

In recent months, she has appeared in videos posted on YouTube in which she talks about stress in her life, the weight of expectations and the search for faith in a troubled world.

Shriver and Schwarzenegger have four children together, including two sons who are still minors. Shriver's petition seeks joint custody of the teens, who are 17 and 13.

Schwarzenegger's spokesman Adam Mendelsohn declined comment in an email. Shriver's attorney Laura Wasser did not immediately return a phone message seeking comment. Her spokesman Matthew DiGirolamo declined comment.

Shriver stood by her husband's side as he ran for California's governorship in 2003, even after the Los Angeles Times reported accusations by several women that they had been groped by the movie star.

Schwarzenegger later said he "behaved badly sometimes" and was twice elected to the governorship.

He failed to fix the state's chronic budget problems and left office in January with an eye toward environmental projects and a return to the big screen.

One of his projects was an animated collaboration with comic book legend Stan Lee titled "The Governator," but the project was shelved after Schwarzenegger admitted fathering the child out of wedlock. He has disappeared from the public eye in recent weeks and has not announced any plans to resume acting.

SRK On Break, Here's What He's Doing

For those who were thinking Shah Rukh Khan's London get-away will keep him away from Twitter are in for a special surprise.

The Ra.One star has been furiously tweeting details of his holiday with the family. At his first concert ever, the superstar and his kids get to meet the Black Eyed Peas and he can't stop raving about it.

" met black eyed peas backstage with the kids. will i am & fergi were so gracious. their concert rocked...awesome. fergi said she has seen me act with the actress with light pretty eyes...my first concert...wot an initiation! loved it !" Looks like the actor is famous everywhere.

The actor takes a break from work to get philosophical, " in the mode of doing nothing. sometimes listless..aimless...workless makes it the most satisfying experience of the day. there is an urdu line...jo kuch nahi karte woh kamaal karte hain ( those who dont do anything..do awesome )...in london doing awesomely nothing."

The family man had also earlier tweeted, "taking the lil girls tomorrow to see the black eyed peas perform. my favourite group & found out my lil ones love them too...makes me feel cooler that i am not as outdated as i thought. i know justin beiber too, so there !!"

Whoever thought you weren't cool enough, superhero?

Kim Kardashian Tries to Lose Two Dress Sizes for Wedding

With her wedding only a few weeks away, Kim Kardashian thinks that she needs to drop a few lbs. before her big day. How much weight is she looking to lose? How about two dress sizes worth?

According to OK! Magazine, Kim is trying to do what many brides do, slim down for her wedding gown. Of course, in Kim's case, the gown is not yet designed. She was recently out on the town with designer Vera Wang getting ideas.

An insider close to Kim told OK! that the reality TV star is looking to "drop two sizes" and that she would "love to lose 15 pounds, but she'll be happy with 10."What is she going to do? Starve herself?

Actually, Kim Kardashian has enlisted trainer and 'diet guru' Tracy Anderson to whip her into shape. Moreover, whipping her seems Anderson's intention:

Sometimes, when you fall in love, you take a little time off from things that are part of your regular routine. So she's going to have to get serious for her wedding.

The diet that Anderson has Kardashian on is reportedly only 1,200 calories and she has her working out almost two hours a day, six days a week.

Is this healthy? Probably not. Nevertheless, when you want to "get serious" as Anderson puts it, desperate times call for desperate measures. Sadly, some people are going to try this insane crash diet and over exercise themselves. The question is will Kim Kardashian be too worn out by her wedding night? A better question, will any of this have been worth it?

Paris Hilton already has a new lover!

Looks like Paris Hilton has moved on from her former boyfriend Cy Waits- as she was recently spotted cosying up with her new beau.

According to People.com, just one week after splitting from boyfriend Waits, the 30-year-old socialite was spotted kissing director Todd Phillips at the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel.

Hilton and the 40-year-old Phillips, who is best known for helming The Hangover and its sequel, reportedly got affectionate as they joined the heiress'' sister Nicky at a vaudeville show, reports the New York Daily News.

The pair apparently made no effort to hide the blossoming romance, and allowed themselves to be photographed by the paparazzi as they drove in Phillips'' car.

Lindsay Lohan turns 25, celebrates freedom

Lindsay Lohan celebrated her 25th birthday on Saturday, just three days after being released from house arrest, which she served for 35 days for violating her probation.

Following her release, Lohan attended a friend's going away dinner at the Lexington Social House in Hollywood, where she was hounded by photographers and nearly fell. The actress took to Twitter to defend her near-fall, posting a photo of her platform shoes, which she blamed along with the "psychotic paparazzi."

"Of course me going to my best friends going away dinner is a headline, especially on my first day out of my house in 35 days," Lohan wrote on Twitter. " That does not give anyone the right to have a field day and manifest stories. IT WAS A GOING AWAY DINNER THAT WAS IT. Nothing exciting happened aside from the very yummy hummus and pita. If anyone caused me to nearly fall it was the psychotic paparazzi."

Lohan was photographed with friends, including actor Emile Hirsch and "Kick-Ass" actress Lyndsy Fonseca.

The actress is expected to celebrate her birthday with friends, including her ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson in the Hamptons, New York, according to the Daily Mail.

In April, a judge had sentenced Lohan to jail after she pleaded guilty to theft in a missing $2,500 necklace case. It was determined that the charge constituted a violation of the actress' probation regarding a 2007 drunk driving and cocaine possession case.

Lohan turned herself in at a Los Angeles-area jail on May 26 and was told she could serve her sentence at home and be monitored electronically. The actress also had her punishment reduced from 120 days to 35. Lohan's house arrest was lifted on Wednesday at 10:20 a.m. local time, according to a police report obtained by OnTheRedCarpet.com.

Now that Lohan is free, she must fulfill the other part of her punishment given over her theft case - community service. In addition to being given three more years of probation, the actress was also ordered to complete 480 community service hours at a women's shelter and in a morgue, undergo psychological counseling, attend a Shoplifters Alternative class and pay several fines.

She had begun her community service duties before she was put under house arrest and was ordered to resume her duties after her release. Her spokesperson said in a statement obtained by OnTheRedCarpet.com that Lohan said on Tuesday that she is eager to get back to fulfilling her community service obligations.

After her release, Lindsay Lohan was seen stepping outside and heading into an SUV. She later Tweeted that she "had a great day" at the Los Angeles women's shelter, where she must complete part of her community service hours.

Lohan served time in jail with other inmates several times for stints that have lasted between 84 minutes and 14 days - a sentence reduced from 90 days, mostly due to overcrowding.

Maria Susairaj in Bigg Boss 5?

Maria Susairaj accused in Neeraj Grover murder case at session court in Mumbai....
Released from jail but wanted in Bigg Boss, she might just become a reality TV star. Maria Susairaj, the Kannada starlet, has caught the fancy of Bigg Boss producers who are contemplating offering the show to her.

“The moment she was free, we knew that she is a potential candidate for reality
shows. She just fits the bill for us. Remember, we got Monica Bedi the moment she landed out of jail? We are going to adopt the same tactic for Maria too. In fact, everybody who comes out of jails are in dire need of money, we would give her an option to solve all her financial worries by offering her a chance to take part in our reality show,” DNA quotes a source, who heads the production unit of a reality show.

Maria SusairajNot only this, the production company is planning to offer a blank cheque to Maria.

“She’s the hottest property for TV shows now and we have to get her. We will give it a month before we start approaching her for the show. The family will be open to such shows because we feel just like Monica (Bedi), she won’t let go of a chance to clear her name on a public platform. However, these things will take time,” the source adds.

After Monica Bedi, Bunty Chor and Seema Parihar, Bigg Boss is keeping up with its tradition of roping in contestatns with criminal track records.

Ratan Rajput’s Rs 2 crore Ka Rishta

Despite the disappointing ratings, Ratan Ka Rishta will make Ratan Rajput richer by over Rs 2 crore. That’s irrespective of whether she waltzes off into the sunset with a husband or not.

The whopping amount she gets is her fee for participating in the show. Ratan’s quest for the perfect match began on May 30 with 16 “eligible” bachelors lined up. Now, five weeks later, it’s time for Ratan to choose her groom in the show’s finale on Sunday. The three contenders are: Deepak Pandit from Jammu, Anupam Singh from MP who is currently based in Poland and Delhi boy Abhinav Sharma. All three are software professionals. Deepak is said to be the front runner in the race to win Ratan’s heart and he’ll probably be the lucky guy who gets the swayamvar mala. “Ratan appears to have a penchant for Deepak and it’s highly likely that he will be her swayamvar man,” says a source in SOL India, which produced the show. However, a big question mark hovers around the marriage bit. Will Ratan follow Rahul Mahajan’s example?

Highly unlikely. In fact, as the title of the show’s third season suggests, it will end with an engagement and, like Rakhi Sawant, Ratan will take her time to decide about marriage. “She will choose her guy but it’s doubtful whether there will be any wedding in the finale. Ratan is keen on getting to know Deepak better. But she is in no hurry to tie the knot,” says a source. Ratan has given enough indication of this. The three top contestants are middle-class boys with average looks which explains her reluctance to marry any of them. “She wants to continue with her career for at least a couple of years, if not more, and none of the three have even a remote connection with showbiz and the glamour world,” adds the source. Probably Ratan Ka Rishta would not have happened had the channel not put the promos on air in December. Being a personality-driven show, the channel’s new owner Turner was not too happy with the choice of Ratan. But since the promos were already on air, Imagine was compelled to go ahead with the show.

No one can force Ratan for marrying on screen!

One big question that is on everyone's mind is that whether Ratan Rajput will marry on screen or get engaged? "I can't say anything right now.?

I can't make any commitments like Rakhi or Rahul did earlier. It all depends if I actually get my man on the show; if not, I just might not get married at all here. No one can force me to do anything on the show, not even the channel. I am not bound by any such clause that I have to do this," she clarifies.

And while Ratan might not be sure of the dulha, she is definitely sure of the shaadi ke celebrations. "See, I am from Patna and all my friends and family members are there only, so, the celebrations of my wedding will happen with great dhoom dhaam their. Shaadi wahan hogi ya nahi ye nahi pata, but celebrations toh zaroor honge wahan!" she smiles.

Popular Articles About Ratan Rajput | I will marry on TV: Ratan Rajput

Rajput is set to get married on her swayamvar, Ratan ka Rishta. So, will she actually tie the knot or will she do a Rakhi Sawant at the end of it all? TOI spoke to the actress, who is gearing up for her big moment...

Why did you agree for a swayamvar?

Har ladki ki iccha hoti hai ki uska swayamvar ho aur usse uska sapno ka rajkumar mil jaye. This is not my decision alone, I have my family's consent for this.

What qualities are you looking for in your man?

I want my husband to be loving and caring. He should understand the child in me and be able to understand every situation and deal with it in a mature manner.

Why is it that none of the 16 prospective grooms are from your state or hometown?

I did not select the grooms after seeing their states or where they belong to. I am not marrying the state but just the man.

Do you feel with so many options, it might be difficult for you to choose?

There is bound to be some confusion, but then hopefully the best man will emerge.

In the first season Rakhi claimed to get married, but ended up with a broken engagement. What should we expect out of this show?

I am going to marry the man I choose. Period. I understand the gravity of the institution of marriage. The decision has to be mutual. I am not making any claims here but what people need to know is that it won't be just any other day, there will be two families involved in this.

Will you work even after marriage?

I hope my partner allows me to because I really love doing this. It's my work that has brought me so far, I cannot go anywhere else. I think both of us will have to make adjustments, if need be.

What is more important for you— surat or seerat?

Surat poori zindagi nahi rehti par aapki seerat aapka saath nahi chodti.

But just in case you do not find anyone suitable for yourself, then?
Please! Shubh shubh bolo...

'Larry Crowne' is the king of nice

Julia Roberts, left, and Tom Hanks turn the hard knocks of life into an upbeat fantasy in "Larry Crowne."
"Larry Crowne" is such a twinkly and likable movie, you wish it were a better one. Starring the twinkly and likable Tom Hanks (who also directed and co-wrote, with Nia Vardalos), it's the story of the nicest guy in the world.

Larry Crowne, who's in his 50s, spent time in the Navy before taking a sales job at a big-box electronics store. He works there for many years, making friends and helping customers — and then he's summarily fired, ostensibly for not having a college degree. Underwater on his mortgage and reeling from the financial free fall of a bad divorce, poor sweet Larry, blinking in the California sunshine, is facing a grim future.

That's the first few minutes of the movie, and they aren't promising; though Larry's troubles are certainly reflective of today's economic climate, they're presented so cutely that nothing seems real. Luckily, "Larry Crowne" the movie quickly remembers that it's a fantasy, and things immediately pick up for Larry Crowne the character: In short order, he acquires a scooter, finds a new job and signs up for community college. There, he meets a) a lovely and age-appropriate speech professor (Julia Roberts) with a bad marriage and a drinking problem, and b) a lovely and age-inappropriate fellow student (Gugu Mbatha-Raw) who adopts Larry as a sort of pet, giving him a makeover and recruiting him into her ever-smiling scooter gang. (If you're not sure which woman he ends up with, you haven't seen enough movies.)

In time (not much), things work out so nicely that "Larry Crowne" could well cause a flood of middle-age men to sign up for community college, in hopes of meeting dewy young women who'll put them in cuter shirts. Most of the characters lack nuance — particularly Roberts' no-good husband, played with a nearly mustache-twirling sneer by Bryan Cranston — and the plot jerks along awkwardly. We learn, pretty quickly, that nothing terrible's going to happen to Larry, so it all becomes a matter of waiting for Roberts' character to stop being pissed off.

But the movie has just enough funny lines and amusing casting choices (George Takei has a ball as a pompous economics professor) to make it all go down pleasantly, and Hanks' sweetly brash charisma could fill an entire multiplex of movies and then some. You find yourself rooting for Larry, though he doesn't need it — nice guys, in this movie, always finish first.

You gotta have Faith: Nicole Kidman clutches her baby girl as they celebrate her big sister Sunday Rose's third birthday

Motherhood: Nicole carries baby Faith as they arrive at her parent's house

She may have millions in the bank and be part of the A-list elite, but Nicole Kidman looked like any other ordinary mum as she celebrated her daughter's third birthday.

The Australian actress clutched newborn Faith Margaret as they headed to Nicole's parents' house for Sunday Rose's big day.

Dressed plainly in a grey turtleneck sweater, the Academy Award-winner looked happy and carefree as she ditched her usual red carpet glamour.
Celebrating: Nicole's parents throw a party for three-year-old Sunday Rose
While she had taken the time to apply some make-up, Nicole's hair looked a little scruffy as if she had just swept it back in a ponytail after waking up.

Her six-month-old daughter was armed with a pink bow and bib to match, baring her name on it too.

Little Faith was born last December through a surrogate mother, with Nicole and husband Keith Urban, 43, the biological parents.

The Moulin Rouge! beauty arrived in Oz on Tuesday for a week of celebrations.

While she turned 44 last Monday, it is also her fifth wedding anniversary tomorrow and Sunday's special milestone too.

Despite early festivities yesterday, in which a big birthday banner was hung, Sunday doesn't actually turn three until July 7.

Nicole also has two adopted children, Isabella, 18, and Connor, 16, with ex Tom Cruise.

Caught out: Nicole appears to be snacking on some birthday treats

Kate Moss hires transvestite for wedding

Supermodel Kate Moss has hired a team of transvestites for adult guests at her wedding with Jamie Hince. Moss is set to marry Hince July 1 in Oxfordshire, South East England.

"Kate has hired a small team of transvestites to chaperone guests to the toilets and back to their seats. Most of them will be 6ft 5ins in their heels," femalefirst.co.uk quoted a source as saying. "She's also having naked musclemen with fake tattoos on their backs and chests of Kate and Jamie's names and faces. Kate's hoping guests will have pictures with them," the source added. The couple have also arranged for some unusual acts to entertain their guests during the reception, including a dancer, trapeze artist and a group of pipers.

"There will also be a huge champagne glass set up in the grounds with a naked woman dancing in pink smoke. Finally there is an incredible trapeze artist who will strip as she does her act and Scottish pipers who'll play as guests are shown to their dinner seats," said the source.

Emma Watson goes really low-key for canvas pose

Emma Watson
Emma Watson has revealed that she had a low-key experience of doing her own make-up and choosing her own clothes when she posed for a series of paintings.

The 'Harry Potter' actress worked with artist Mark Demsteader on the new exhibition, which will benefit the African charity CAMFED, and she admitted being on such a low-key set, which didn't have a team of stylists and make-up professionals, was a strange experience.

As it takes Mark several months to create the pieces, he finds it easier to work from photographs so I met him and a photographer for a day's photo shoot in north London back in January, Contactmusic quoted Watson as telling UK Vogue.

It was a really simple shoot with just a single light to cast shadows. We took lots of pictures in a variety of poses and Mark went away and selected 30 or so to turn into paintings.

Whilst I didn't sit for Mark as such, it was a completely different photo shoot to anything I've ever done before. It was really low-key - I did my own makeup and just brought a selection of very simple dresses for the silhouette. Mark did the lighting, she revealed.

Drew Barrymore to turn producer

Hollywood actress Drew Barrymore is in talks to produce a film based on the book "The Heist Society" along with Warner Bros.

"Heist Society," published last year by Hyperion books, revolves around a teenage girl balancing school and her family's criminal activities.

Pregnant Pause

It isn’t often that an actress takes a gamble like announcing that she’s expecting a child when she’s riding high on her career. The news of Aishwarya Rai-Bachchan’s pregnancy, which was announced by her delighted father-in-law Amitabh Bachchan on June 21, came hot on the heels of the publicity being generated by her next big film project, Madhur Bhandarkar’s Heroine. The project, which had long been in the news for lack of a lead actress — a lot of names were thrown around including Kareena Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra — seemed to have finally got underway, when it was announced officially at Cannes in May. But that was only till the news of Rai-Bachchan’s pregnancy came in.

In their official press statement, the film’s producers UTV Motion Pictures, declared that nothing is more important than the actress’s well-being. “In that context, we have all mutually agreed that the best step would be to avoid shooting further, rather than proceeding with an incredibly demanding schedule over the coming months. Even as we will truly miss this opportunity to work with Aishwarya, the entire unit wishes her the very best for the exciting time ahead, as she and Abhishek move into this special new phase in their lives.” Director Madhur Bhandarkar’s office repeated the same. However, the fate of the film, and Rai-Bachchan’s role in it, remains ambiguous.

Brangelina hides behind walls!

Actor Brad Pitt says he and his long-term partner Angelina Jolie hide behind the walls sometimes to escape their celebrity status.

Pitt, 37, raises children, Maddox, 9, Pax, 7, Zahara, 6, Shiloh,5, and two-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne with the Jolie, 36. "It took me a good decade of hiding in my house and not going outside to even, like, get my arms around this idea of celebrity, where suddenly people are looking for you to pick your nose or get a shot of you kissing some woman," femalefirst quoted Pitt as saying.
