Glimpses: 'Bhindi Bazaar' sex video

Salman doesn't want John in Tiger

Director Kabir Khan is highly kicked about his forthcoming venture starring Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif.

Ek Tha Tiger, which is set to go on floors soon, is produced by Yash Raj Films. We hear that Kabir Khan, who has worked with John Abraham in his earlier two films, wanted the hunk to be part of Tiger too.

A source revealed, "Kabir has worked with John in Kabul Express and New York and they both share a great bond. He wanted John to do a cameo in Tiger but it seems Salman is not very keen on the idea."

Sources say that Salman has refused to star in any project associated with John. It can be recalled that Sallu-Kat relationship went rocky while the actress was shooting for New York. Her growing closeness with Johnny boy on the sets didn't go down well with the Salman. The Khan is known as someone who doesn't easily forgive. Therefore, it's obvious that he didn't want John to be part of his film.

Meanwhile, the film is touted to be as one of the most awaited as it brings the estranged couple Salman and Katrina together on the big screen.

Initially, I was scared to do steamy scenes: Vedita

Model-turned-actress Vedita Pratap Singh, currently in the news for all the wrong reasons after a raunchy video of hers with co-star Prashant Narayanan from her debut film Bhindi Bazaar was leaked online, initially had her reservations about going ahead with the proposed steamy scenes.

"Initially, I was apprehensive when I was told that I have to do a love-making scene. In fact, to be very honest, I was a little scared. However, I soon realized that it will only add to the character of a seductress and decided to go ahead. And it was shot so aesthetically that what had started off as a really scary proposition turned out to be one of the high points of the film.

And come on yaar, at the end of the day, I am a thorough professional and the presence of senior actors like Prashant Narayanan made things easier. Once you see the film, you will realize that there is absolutely no vulgarity involved in it." says Vedita.

She adds, "I was a national level swimmer who won a scholarship and have even played cricket at the state level. But even though I was so athletic, I never wanted to become a sportsperson. But this exposure meant that I was very comfortable with my body right since my school days."

Interestingly, this pretty lass has a royal connection to boast of. "I am related to Dillipur estate next to Pratapgarh district (about 205 kilometers from Lucknow)." she signs off.

Kareena to be waxed at Madame Tussauds

KareenaKareena Kapoor will soon join Bollywood actors Amitabh Bachchan, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Hrithik Roshan. Her wax statue will be unveiled at the new Madame Tussauds museum in UK’s Blackpool this September. It will then tour other museums in the US, Europe and Asia, starting with Bangkok in January, followed by Hong Kong, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Washington DC, Berlin, Amsterdam, Vienna and ending at London.

Buzz is that the deal with Kareena had almost fallen through, as the actor, who is busy shooting for Bodyguard, couldn’t make it to her grandfather Raj Kapoor’s retrospective at this year’s IIFA in Toronto where the announcement was to be made. After a no from her, the event management company, Wizcraft, had urged Tussauds to consider Katrina Kaif, Priyanka Chopra, Rani Mukerji and even Madhuri Dixit.

Kareena’s schedule and ad shoots have left her with no time. This year she’s juggling five big films starring the five Khans — Bodyguard (Salman), RA.One (SRK), Agent Vinod (Saif), Short Term Shaadi (Imran) and The Act Of Murder (Aamir). “I catch up with my family while commuting. It’s been a 14-hour work day for months. I just have time to grab dinner and crash post midnight,” she sighs. “There are people fighting for an hour of my time, 24 hours isn’t enough.”

Dates were apparently an issue with the Tussauds creative team too as they needed to take measurements. Kareena, who was in London to meet Saif, who’s filming his home production Cocktail there, had a sitting with the team during which they took precise measurements and built a catalogue of reference photographs to work with.

Last month, a source from the museum was quoted as saying that a wax figurine of Kareena’s wouldn’t be launched this year as Hrithik’s model had been unveiled in January and they wanted to focus on this Bollywood attraction in 2011. But a few days ago, Nicky Marsh, director, global marketing at Madame Tussauds, confirmed that Kareena would be the next Indian star to be immortalised: “With this new experience, we hope to give more fans the chance to meet their favourite stars like Kareena in wax as she travels the world,” says Marsh.

The star is the brand ambassador of a Size Zero laptop and even has a pizza and clutch purse named after her. Now, she will have a waxen lookalike too. Says Kareena “All this is an added responsibility that makes me nervous. But it’s an honour and a high too.”

SRK's presence adds lustre to my film: Roshan

New Delhi: Roshan Abbas, who has made his directorial debut Always Kabhi Kabhi with newcomers, says producer Shah Rukh Khan's involvement adds lustre to the film and that a project like this needs such a push.

"Hum heere ko tarash sakte hain lekin usko chamakne ke liye uspar roshni padni zaroori hai. (We can only shape a diamond... but it will shine only when light falls on it). With Shah Rukh, the film suddenly becomes larger (than life)," Roshan told reporters on Monday.

"We were promoting our film the other day in a mall where the song 'Antenna', which is picturised on Shah Rukh, was being played and we could see people singing that song. This is his popularity and you need that kind of promotion and support for a film like this," he added.

Abbas was accompanied by the cast of the film - Zoa Morani, Ali Fazal, Satyajeet Dubey and Geselle Monteiro. Releasing on Friday, Always Kabhi Kabhi, made under Shah Rukh's Red Chillies Entertainment banner, is about four youngsters trying to compete with the pressure of growing up and the many firsts that everyone experiences in high school.

Zoa, Ali, Satyajeet, Geselle also shook a leg to "Antenna" and interacted with children from ex-cricketer Kapil Dev's NGO Khushii, which works for the welfare of the under-priveleged.

Clarence Clemons, Sax Player For Lady Gaga, Bruce Springsteen, Suffers Stroke

Clarence Clemons, legendary member of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band, has suffered a stroke according to The Associated Press.A source close to the saxophonist confirmed to the AP that the 69-year-old suffered the stroke in his Florida home on Sunday night; no further details about his health were currently available at press time. However, Showbiz 411 reported that the musician's condition is very serious.

Most recently, Clemons was featured on Lady Gaga's massive Born This Way album, appearing on two tracks and performing with her live on "American Idol" last month.

Clemons, also known as "The Big Man," began performing with the E Street Band in 1972, giving an assist on Springsteen's debut album Greetings From Asbury Park, N.J.. In addition to appearing on 20 albums with Springsteen, including the breakthrough Born to Run, he's worked with a number of other artists including Gaga, Jackson Browne and Ringo Starr. He's also appeared in films like "New York, New York"and "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure," as well as TV shows like "The Wire" and "The Simpsons."

Recently, however, he has had problems with his health, and following the Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band's tour in 2009, he had to have both knees replaced and a spinal fusion surgery, according to Rolling Stone. But he vowed, "As long as my mouth, hands and brain still work I'll be out there doing it."

When MTV News caught up with Gaga's longtime collaborator, Fernando Garibay, the producer recalled how excited Gaga was to hit the studio with one of her icons for the songs "Hair" and her latest single, "Edge of Glory."

"She grew up listening to Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band, and she goes, 'Can we get Clarence?' And I go, 'Of course we can get Clarence. You're Lady Gaga!' " he said. "You can see the years of influence and you can see her lighting up when he's playing [with her in the studio]."

Rani Mukherjee declines Vishal Bhardwaj’s movie

The Bong beauty Rani Mukherjee seems to be the new tantrum queen of Bollywood. She has declined a role offered by Vishal Bhardwaj for his next film Daayan (tentatively titled), which will be produced by Ekta Kapoor.

Daayan is a story about a man and his relationships with three women, one of whom is a witch. Sources reveal that Vishal wanted Rani to play the role of the witch. Meanwhile, Emraan Hashmi has already been cast as the male lead of the movie.

The buzz is that Rani declined the offer because she did not want to work opposite Emraan. Rani is currently working with Aamir Khan, and perhaps she now wants to focus on working with big stars and big projects. Another buzz is that Ekta too is adamant about Emraan being the lead actor. After the success of Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai, Emraan has emerged as the hot favourite actor in the Ekta camp.

However, Rani’s spokesperson said that Rani has no reservations about working with anybody. Also, she will sign a couple of big Bollywood projects by next fortnight and thus will have no dates for Ekta. Adding to this, the spokesperson said that whether it is the serial kisser or anyone else, Rani will never question Vishal about his casting.

Well, now the witch question, oops, we mean the big question is - if not Rani, then who will play the witch in Vishal’s next? Watch this space for more.

The day they wore out the airbrush! New Pamela Anderson lingerie pictures shows the ageing star got a bit of much needed help

Pamela Anderson is 43, has two children, and by all accounts does not look bad for her age.

But, new photographs showing the former Baywatch star in a variety of poses in revealing lingerie, shows that she may have had more than a little help from an airbrush.

The former Playboy model turned actress is promoting the underwear for European lingerie company Bonita De Mas.

She shows off a wide range of the company's underwear collections including a black lace two piece with matching dressing gown.

With her long blonde tresses curled into waves and a heavy face of make-up, Pamela pouts her way through the shoot.

In one of the images, Pamela recreates the Marilyn Monroe pose in a white halter neck dress that is being blow up.
But unlike the Fifties icon who covered up her modesty, Pamela flashed a bit of her red underwear and the top of her stockings.

Bonita De Mas is a Parisian lingerie designer and the underwear line and it's website gives a distinct description of its line.

It is caricaturised 'by a blend of French elegance with colourful touches of Latin Mediterranean style to create an amazing sensual collection,' the site says.

One person who will not be complaining about how much she has been airbrushed is Pamela's new boyfriend Jon Rose.

Ageing Pamela's lingerie pics airbrushed

Looks like former 'Playboy' model Pamela Anderson is catching up with age as she appeared to be airbrushed in a new photoshoot for Bonita De Mas lingerie company.

Kangana's Big Sacrifice

It was reported earlier this week that Kangana Ranaut's two producers Ratan Jain (Tez) and Bhushan Kumar (I Luv NY) were having an issue over dates.

Apparently, to resolve the problem Kangana has come up with a 'sacrificing' solution.

The issue was that Jain urgently required her for a day's shoot in London and Bhushan wasn't able to let her go. The tussle for dates went on for several days, with no solution in sight.

A source from the crew informs, "Kangana decided to sacrifice her only weekly off! She flew to London on Saturday and went straight to the sets of Tez. She will be back today and will immediately head to Bhushan's shoot."

The actress is also due to perform at IIFA in Toronto later in the month.

The source adds, "It is extremely demanding as the actress has been down with a viral fever over the week. Now, she is working on a 70-hour shift! But with heavy money riding on both films, she feels this is the only way to ensure things happen as per plan." Kangana's spokesperson confirmed the story.

The commercial promotes hair color and highlights, but its own highlight is - Aishwarya's short dress riding up as she crosses her leg. When that happens with the most beautiful woman on the planet, you will agree, it does get to be crazily sexy.

The torment is worst with a late evening sun and the sea as the backdrop.

Bombay high court rejects IT plea against Salman Khan for alleged tax evasion

The Bombay high court has dismissed an appeal filed by the Income Tax department against actor Salman Khan for alleged tax evasion to the tune of Rs4 crore for the assessment year 2000-2001.

A bench of Justice JP Devdhar and Justice RP Sondurbaldota ruled that the actor had not been served the mandatory notice under section 143(2) of IT Act before the commencement of assessment proceedings.
The bench, while dismissing the appeal on June 6, mentioned its previous order pertaining to Salman saying that in the absence of mandatory notice, re-assessment orders can not be sustained.

In its appeal, the income tax department had disputed Khan's assessment of income for 2001-2001 and challenged the June 2009 order passed by the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal (ITAT), which had ruled in favour of the actor.

Khan had declared his income as Rs9.82 crore while the IT department had re-assessed it as Rs13.61 crore on the basis of post-assessment searches carried out at the premises of the actor's then secretary Sudhir Wahi on November 23, 2000.

Aggrieved with the re-assessment done by the IT department, Khan moved the commissioner of I-T (CIT appeals) against the order of the assessment officer contending that mandatory notice under the IT Act had not been issued to him before the start of the assessment proceedings.

The CIT granted relief to the actor. However, the department filed an appeal in ITAT which too ruled in Khan's favour. The ITAT held that the assessment made by CIT was "bad in law".

The matter finally came for hearing before high court which dismissed the IT's appeal saying that the re-assessment order cannot be sustained in the absence of the mandatory notice under IT Act.

Own the Bed On Which Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart Had Their First Kiss

We’ve seen some strange things auctioned off for charity before (including Justin Bieber‘s hair), but this might take the cake: “Twilight” director Catherine Hardwicke has announced that she’s considering auctioning off the bed in which Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart shared their first kiss.

As the story goes, Hardwicke involved Stewart with the casting process for the role of Edward Cullen in “Twilight,” as she knew that the two young stars would have to have tremendous chemistry. Stewart and Pattinson went through one of the scenes in “Twilight” in Hardwicke’s home for the audition, and shared their first kiss on the bed that Hardwicke still owns.

Okay, so it’s a little strange and personal and bordering on creepy, but it’s for a good cause: Hardwicke mentioned that if there’s enough interest in purchasing the bed that she’ll put it up for auction to benefit the Step Up Women’s Network. The charity helps teenage girls get through high school and into college with mentoring and internships in order to prepare them for successful careers.

As of now there aren’t any concrete plans for the auction, but my guess is that there are plenty of Twihards out there who would love to place a bid. Or, you know, maybe R-Pattz and K-Stew want to buy it for themselves as a memento. Either way, with the first part of the two-part finale to the series releasing in November, Twilight mania is at an all-time high…and if it raises some money for charity, I say go for it!
