Shakira,the hot pop diva who has mesmerized fans all over the world with her great renditions has once again proved that her work is still amongst the best of the lot and she still occupies the numero uno spot in the hearts of zillions of fans who just get carried away with her sways and jigs.

Thus, according to reports, the pop diva has been placed on top spot by the authorities of the ‘Nokia Ovi Music’ which shows that it was the sexy Shakira’s ‘Waka Waka’ the World Cup Anthem which was downloaded the most during the whole of 2010.

Shakira has almost always been on top of the list of the hot pop divas ever in Hollywood and it is this ‘Waka Waka- This Time for Africa’, that has made her a household name and gave her an amazing lot of popularity even in nations that were initially not aware of her great star profile before this.

The second in line is Chinese singer Jay Chou, who was popular due to his ‘Long Time No See’ number. The third spot according to reports was occupied by Black Eyed Peas who had their number ‘I Gotta Feeling’ and then it was Lady Gaga all the way with her two hot numbers ‘Bad Romance’ and ‘Poker Face’.getting placed at the fourth and fifth positions in the most downloaded songs of the year list on Nokia’s Ovi Music.

However, Rihanna’s Album “Rated R” was the most downloaded Album in 2010 according to reports.

Salman to stay off liquor for 10 months

Salman Khan has decided to stay away from booze for 10 months and this hard choice is for his brother-in-law Atul Agnihotri’s film, My Love Story’. Salman has sworned not to intake alcohol for 10 months in order to get to the perfect shape for the film. The movie requires Salman to build six pack abs and all this is possible if he stays away from alcohol for 10 months. He is already on the no-alcohol task and completed 22 days.

Salman had put on a lot of weight for ‘Dabangg’ and that weight hadn’t been lost until recently.

Confirming the news a source said, “Yes, Salman loves to drink, but he has now become very conscious after the stupendous success of ‘Dabangg’ and ‘Bigg Boss 4’. Abstaining from alcohol is not difficult for Salman. He has done this in the past. In fact every year, he goes off hard drinks during the holy month of Ramzan and Ganesh Chaturthi festival.”

Sallu is a party animal but he has put on hold bachelor parties at his home in Galaxy apartments. Not only alcohol and party but the actor is on strict diet these days. “If he wants to get the six-pack in quick time, then an only no-alcohol policy will not help. He is completely off carbohydrates as well,” adds the source.

Akki-Twinkle celebrate 10th wedding anniversary

Akshay Kumar and Twinkle celebrated 10 years of togetherness. The couple threw a grand bash to mark their days of happy married life. The party was hosted at the JW Marriott in Juhu. On the special occasion, Twinkle wore off shoulder Halston vintage gown with an elegant snake necklace while Akshay dressed in blazer and blue jeans.

The party was held in a poolside and white flowers and candles were seen floating in the pool. The menu includes everything from continental to Indian dishes. Hrithik and Sussanne Roshan, Abhishek and Aishwarya Bachchan and Karan Johar, Aamir Khan and Kiran Rao, Sunil and Mana Shetty, Bobby and Tania Deol, Olympic boxer Vijendra, Sonam Kapoor, Riteish Deshmukh, Katrina Kaif, Sajid Khan, Farah Khan and Shirish Kunder, Vipul and Shefali Shah, Parmeshwar Godrej, Abu-Sandeep and Sajid and Wardha Nadiadwala, amongst others were present in the party.

Akki geared the party popping a champagne bottle. The party went till the wee hours in the morning.

Kelly, Dino not invited to Lara’s wedding

Lara Dutta in Karan Johar’s talk show, ‘Koffee With Karan’ said that she is still friend with her ex-flames, Kelly Dorjee and Dino Morea but in reality this is not true. Lara is getting married to tennis star Mahesh Bhupathi on January 17 but she did not invite her two ex boyfriends. Their names were cut from the invitee’s list.

Lara and Kelly were close friends for 10 years but she was linked to Dino for a short period. She ended up with Dino bitterly. Lara does not want anything wrong in the wedding ceremony and reception and so she has left out this two names.

A source close to the actress maintains that Lara is "good friends" with her exes Dino and Kelly but hasn't invited either to her wedding. "Because she doesn't want any awkward moments during the ceremony or the reception", said the source.

Dino admits, "I haven't been invited to Lara's wedding. I am not in touch with her since our breakup."

Kiran Roa reveals Aamir’s bathroom secret

Aamir Khan might be a perfectionist in his work but in certain activities, he is not perfect at all believes his wife Kiran Rao. Kiran reveals that one thing she dislikes about her husband is his bathing habits.

"The one thing that I don't like about him is the fact that he doesn't take a bath. And trust me when I say this, his bathing habits are not very regular," Kiran has been quoted as saying.

But Aamir is smart enough to defend himself, "I do take a bath when I go out for work. And considering most of the time I step out for work, I take a bath most of the time. It is only when I am not stepping out or when I am on a holiday that I don't take a bath."

Well, Aamir is a loving husband, hope he will not give any room to complain Kiran next time.
