Hrithik, Ash paired up for ‘Hamlet’ adaptation

After ‘Dhoom 2’, Jodhaa Akbar’ and ‘Guzaarish’, another film that is coming up where we can see Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan together is an adaptation of Hamlet. This would be Vishal Bharadwaj’s last and final adaptation of Shakespeare’s work. Earlier he has done Maqbool which was taken from Shakespeare's Macbeth and Omkara based on the Bard's Othello.

He is keen to cast the pair together and according to a reliable source, he has already approached the two. He wants Hrithik Roshan to play the Prince Of Denmark and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, his Ophelia.

A source reveals, "He has indeed gone to Aishwarya and Hrithik with Hamlet. He is charged about doing the last of his Shakespearean trilogy. In the past, he has approached both Hrithik and Aishwarya. Somehow things haven't worked out. This time, he's determined to make it."

Fans of Robert Pattinson have vehemently protested against Reynolds being named the sexiest. After all, as long as Robert is alive, that title should belong to him and to no one else.

But Ryan, too, has his charisma. He has a gifted personality and a booming career and a beautiful wife to boast of. But then again, his fan following is too meagre in comparison to Robert and Ryan’s sex appeal seems threadbare when pitted against Robert’s.

Reality TV star Kim Kardashian is reportedly dating actress Halle Berry’s ex-boyfriend Gabriel Aubry.

Kardashian, 30, and, Aubry 34, were seen together at L.A. Lakers game at the Staples Center against the Golden State Warriors. They walked in together and were joined by the reality TV star’s mom Kris Jenner.

“They’ve been dating a little bit,” people.com quoted a source as saying.

Proposal moved Simpson to tears

Singer Jessica Simpson burst into tears when her fiance Eric Johnson proposed to her earlier this month because it came as “a total surprise”.

Johnson requested her parents’ permission before asking her to marry him, and she was so overwhelmed by the romantic gesture that she couldn’t stop crying.

“He had a plan a long time ago. He had a talk with my mom and dad about it…He was a gentleman about it. It was a total surprise,” femalefirst.co.uk quoted Simpson as saying.

“I said ‘yes’ and we both definitely were teary-eyed. I didn’t even try the ring on until five minutes in, I just sat there and cried with him,” the singer said.

Simpson was delighted with Johnson’s decision to buy her a ruby ring instead of a traditional diamond, because the gem is her birth stone.

The Barbie doll created by skilled designers captures the popular Bollywood actress' famous signature style showcased at the 'Barbie All Doll'd Up' show at Lakme Fashion Week 2009 as a part of Barbie's 50th Birthday Celebrations. Katrina Kaif is the first Bollywood icon to be crafted in the form of a Barbie doll.

Sonakshi Sinha to play Akshay’s love interest

After making her debut with Salman Khan in ‘Dabangg’, Sonakshi Sinha will play Akshay Kumar’s love interest in ‘Joker’. This will be Shirish Kunder’s second film as a director. The first film he directed was ‘Janemaan’ which doomed at the box office.  

Shirish reasons for choosing Sonakshi, "Sonakshi fitted the role perfectly. Hers is an extremely performance oriented character which is there throughout the film with Akshay. Besides another reason for choosing Sonakshi is the fact that she and Akki would be a fresh on-screen pair considering Akshay has worked with most of the top leading ladies."

“The film will go on floors in January 2011 and will be released around Christmas the same year,” Kunder said.

‘Joker’ will be a 3D film. “It's a tale of a bunch of underdogs fighting for victory. There will be humour, some sci-fi and it will be made in 3D,” he said. The film will reportedly directed by Akshay Kumar.

Pamela takes sarees, lahengas, churidar to Los Angeles

Hollywood star Pamela Anderson’s stay in the Bigg Boss house was very short but she has flown away to Los Angeles with lots of Indian stuff as a symbol of memory. Pamela Anderson has taken with her the white embroided saree designed by designer Ashley Rebello. She has made her entry in Bigg Boss with that saree.

“I am taking some saris with me. The channel guys were very kind and they gave me two saris. I also wore an Ashley Rebello lehenga-choli for one of the days and I am also taking that with me. I am also taking three sarongs and a churidar-kurta set. I feel Indian drapes are very beautiful, very feminine,” Pamela is quoted as saying.

Pamela has learned how to make rotis and sabzi in the Bigg Boss house and she said she will make the Indian dishes for her two kids Brandon (14) and Dylan (13).

Pamela had a great time in Bigg Boss and she is open to Bollywood films.
