Delayed 'Dulha Mil Gaya' Shooting start with SRK

Shah Rukh Khan has finally started shooting for Dulha Mil Gaya after a delay of nearly 2 years.

Shah Rukh is to spend 2 weeks shooting for his guest role, after which he will travel to Malaysia to get an award. Shah Rukh will start shooting for My Name Is Khan in mid-December.

A source reveals, "After such a long gap and date problems, the shoot finally resumed on Monday with Shah Rukh and the entire cast. SRK was busy with Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, and has now started shooting for DMG, which is directed by Sushmita Sen’s beau Mudassar Aziz."

Arjun Rampal to hold lavish party for his wife’s birthday. He is busy organising a lavish birthday party for his wife Mehr, for this weekend.

The actor will not however be celebrating his own birthday, which falls around the same time. Says the actor, "I will cut a cake, blow candles and make a wish! At night, I will have a quiet dinner with a few close friends.

There is no grand bash, as we partied a lot in Dubai last week. But yes, for Mehr’s birthday, I will have a party for her. That’s my gift to her. I am working on it as it’s a very big year for her and we want to make it special."

What about a gift for her, to this Arjun reluctantly says, "Yes, I have something special for her in mind but it’s too personal to talk about it."

Hollywood hotty Angelin Jolie is Pregnant again

A US magazine has claimed that superstar Angelina Jolie is three months pregnant with her fourth biological child, a claim denied by the spokesman of Jolie and Pitt.

In its 'exclusive' report the magazine says, "An excited Angie can't stop talking about the new baby. So why doesn't Brad seem thrilled?" But after the denial from spokesman of Jolie and Pitt, other US outlets have rubbished the claims, the Daily Mail reported.

The weekly magazine In Touch, which had previously broken the news of Jolie's second pregnancy with twins, said the actress is expecting her seventh child in the new year.

The actress had expressed a desire to expand their family in recent interviews while promoting her films, 'Kung Fu Panda' and 'The Changeling'. At the launch of the DVD for 'Kung Fu Panda' last week, Jolie had told reporters, "Anything could happen. We're open to anything, we love kids and we're having a great time.

The weekly magazine, however, has consistently repeated the reports in recent weeks. Jolie and Pitt already have three adopted children and three biological children, with twins Vivienne and Knox just four months old.

Akshay Kumar sign up Shriya Saran for Komagatu Maru

Akshay Kumar has struck gold by signing up hot Southern star Shriya Saran for his home-based project Komagatu Maru, directed by Deepa Mehta. “I’m on top of the world, as I 'm doing Deepa Mehta's epic Komagata Maru,” says Shriya, “Deepaji is my favourite director and it is a great honour to do a film with her." Shriya has experience of working for Deepa as she appears in her film What’s Cooking?. Akshay will be playing the key role of Gurdit Singh in Kamagatu Maru.
Shriya is currently filming Jaggubhai for Ravikumar alongside Sarath Kumar. The unit is currently in Australia filming musical items in Sydney. Shriya became a national figure after the movie Sivaji: The Boss and recently appeared opposite Vikram in Kanthaswamy. Earlier this year, she could be seen in Mission Istanbul and the crossover movie, The Other End of the Line with Jesse Metcalf and British actress Tara Sharma.

Other than her acting, Shriya is almost equally well known for her social conscience. She has adopted two children from an orphanage. Under the arrangements of the scheme she is involved in, the children remain at the orphanage but she pays all their expenses including maintenance, education and medical fees.

The Movie: Subhash Ghai's YUVVRAAJ is a little bit of HERO and a little bit of RAM LAKHAN. There's a love story; there's also the tale of three brothers and the evil mama and his family who have their eyes on the family inheritance. In short, there's nothing new, script wise, but the way it has been backed with music and choreography is what lifts this mundane script to another level. The execution is 'perfect'. You could call this a symphony of love! A R Rahman's music gives the movie a delicate feel.

The sets have a grand feel, cinematography is awesome; Kabir Lal captures the city of Prague in all its beauty and colours. Choreography by Shiamak Davar is top of the draw, and Salman Khan gives off a noteworthy performance. There are two scenes, which stand out; one where Katrina tells him he is her past and he explodes and another when he goes begging to Boman Irani, who plays a doctor, asking him to save his brother's life.

Salim Khan is right when he says that his son ''is very talented and yet to make full use of it.'' After all, a father knows his son best. But I guess, Salman will have to give heed to his dad's views and ''take his work more seriously''.

YUVVRAAJ is a love story between Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. Salman is madly in love with Katrina but her father, Boman, wants nothing to do with him. Salman has walked away from his home not being able to get along with his millionaire dad. When he learns of his Dad's death, he rushes off to London in the hope of getting his share of the millions to impress Boman and get him to agree to marry his daughter to him. But there's a twist in the will.

There are also his brothers, Anil Kapoor and Zayed Khan. Anil who is suffering from Autism is from his dad's first marriage and Zayed is the philanderer. Anil is who gets the biggest booty from his fathers will. The quest now is to befriend Anil to get the share. Salman and Zayed are partners who want to sway Anil the wrong way. But somewhere along the way brotherly love surfaces.

Salman join Sa Re Ga Ma Pa to promote ' Yuvvraaj'

She can't speak proper Hindi, but she sings Bollywood songs with ease. Asma Rafi, a contestant on music reality show "Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2009", floors everyone with her humorous antics and powerful performances, but praise by Salman Khan has her thrilled to bits.

Asma is originally from Muscat, Oman, and met Salman and Katrina Kaif at a special episode of the talent show when both the actors appeared to promote their latest film "Yuvvraaj".
"People love Salman Khan, but he likes me. What more can I ask for? I used to see his films on TV, but when I saw him in front of me, appreciating my singing, my dream came true," 17-year-old Asma told IANS over phone from Mumbai.

"My dad is a big fan of Hindi songs. So when he saw that I sing well, he asked me to take interest in Bollywood songs. He wants me to be a playback singer in Hindi films.

She sang "Chunari Chunari" from Salman's film "Biwi No.1" and the actor thoroughly enjoyed it. Asma's mother tongue is Arabic, but she has dabbled in Hindi music to fulfil her father's dream.

Asma has a nasal touch to her voice and says her Hindi diction is not very strong, making her a weak contestant compared to others.

"Initially I was apprehensive because I didn't know how to speak in Hindi. But my father has always supported me and been like a pillar of strength. He encouraged me so much that I participated in 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa' competition in the Middle East and won it," said Asma.

"I am the weakest contestant on the show. My diction is my biggest disadvantage. I know that's my weak point as compared to other participants and that is why I get nervous. But I'm working hard to overcome the problem. I hope to improve," she said.

Bollywodod actor's relative held hostage at oberoi hotel

Among the many people who are awaiting the release of their family members from the clutches of the terrorists here is Bollywood actor Ashish Chaudhary, whose sister and brother-in-law are held hostage at the Oberoi Trident Hotel.

"My parents have been here since last night and when we last heard from them, they told us that they have seen two terrorists and have heard a lot of gun shots. I didn't come at night fearing there will be panic, but since morning I have been standing here, waiting for them to be released," he added.

"My sister Monica and her husband have been inside the hotel along with maybe 40 other hostages. They came here for dinner last night, but now they are not answering any calls," he told a news channel on Thursday.

Ashish, who was recently seen in the film EMI, is worried since he is unable to get any information on his sister and her husband's well being. He added though the situation seems calm, "it must be tough inside".

Mumbai saw an audacious terror attack where terrorists went on the rampage, killing at least 101 people and injuring over 250 since Wednesday night. On target were high profile landmarks, including the Taj Mahal Palace and Tower Hotel, Oberoi Trident Hotel, Metro Theatre and the Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (formerly Victoria Terminus) railway station.
