Imran-Minissha are getting close and intimate!

The latest youth icon Imran Khan, who is already dating Avantika Malik for six years now, was recently spotted getting overfriendly and intimate with actress Minissha Lamba in Bandra. According to our source, the couple has been seen hanging out together a lot many times post ‘Kidnap’ release. The two were seen giving each other company at a recent Diwali bash too and went for a quiet dinner at Olive's later that night.

Imran Khan was driving his much talked about white BMW around with Minissha on Sunday night. Both looked very happy and appeared to be enjoying a great conversation. He would say something and that would send her into a laughing fit. Finally, after a couple of rounds on Carter Road, Imran headed to Olive restaurant and bar to have a quiet dinner with Minissha in the front seat”, the source revealed.

When the two met at the Diwali Mela, Imran reportedly came up and grabbed her from behind. He then gave Minissha a tight hug and as they began to chat, their strong chemistry was much more than visible. At the show, after exchanging friendly gestures, both posed for various pictures together, and as soon as the event got over, they sneaked out quietly in Imran's car.
Imran seems to be surely moving ahead the personal and professional ladder!

Preity Zinta speak about her changed style

With films like Jahnu Barua's Har Pal, Samir Karniks Heroes, Deepa Mehta's Heaven on Earth and Rituparno Ghosh's The Last Lear Preity has proved her viewers wrong who thought that Preity was being to selective and wanted to do few films in a year just like Aamir Khan.

Preity says that her approach towards her work has completely become different from what she has done earlier. She has grown as an actor and grown richer in experience, and now she has left it to the viewers to decide. "I did all the serious films that I possibly could do by changing my style.

She recollects, "I would tell the producers that I would not work for films that would not pay her much and there would be no one to watch them too, but when I realized what potential they had, I agreed to do them.

I feel complete and content as an actress after doing such films and by next year I would be back to where I belong.

We asked her does she ever try to reinvent herself, she replied, "Whenever I know that I doing something new and different, I feel charged up, I wake up to a new day and get stimulated from the surroundings.

Being lively and edgy makes me feel I have reinvented myself. I turned down many roles as I was not okay with their logic. I would never want to be a part of any film which would give out some negative message or some misinformation to the viewers.

Kreena prefer SRK Over Saif

Kareena long-standing differences with Shah Rukh Khan which go back to the time when she refused to do Karan Johar’s “Kal Ho Na Ho” for monetary reasons, have finally dissolved.

On Friday, Kareena danced for a television show being filmed for Children’s Day, being produced for Star Plus by Shah Rukh’s Red Chillies’ company.
The offer put her in a dilemma. It clashed with Saif Ali Khan’s rock concert with the band Parirkrama for charity. Kareena opted for Shah Rukh’s show.
Says the actress: “I had no choice. Shah Rukh’s show was a commitment I made much earlier. I’ve to dance and I’ll be getting an award for my popularity with children. Very sadly I’ll have to skip Saif’s concert. But I know he’ll understand.”But Saif has said he likes Kareena at his concerts for inspiration.
“I know he said that. But what to do? One has to be professional. Can’t let the heart rule the head all the time. I’ll make it up to Saif,” said the actress.

Vipul Shah and Akshay planing for 'Singh is Kinng' sequel

Basking in the super success of Singh is Kinng, producer Vipul Shah is set to make a sequel to the comedy and has signed on favourite actor Akshay Kumar for it. However, he plans to make another film with the actor before that.

"After doing Waqt, Namastey London and Singh is Kinng, we had to do something that would take us into another zone. My next film with Akshay pushes the envelope even more. After that there's the Singh Is Kinng sequel which I'd like Anees Bazmi to direct. But he's very busy. So it depends on him," Shah told IANS.

Shah has quietly finished the script for his next film starring Akshay while shooting London Dreams, an India-Britain co-production which went on floors last month.

Shah has signed Ajay Devgan and Salman Khan to play lead roles in London Dreams but clarifies that Akshay will remain a common feature in most of his films.

"You see, Akshay remains a constant. But like I said I am working with Ajay and Salman for the first time. And I felt equally at home. So I'll be working with them again for sure," he said.

Shah has also signed a two-film deal with 20th Century Fox. One of these films would be a big special effects spectacle again featuring Akshay.

So where did all the rumours of a rift with Akshay come from?

"Search me," Vipul laughs. "I was committed to this Goan holiday from long before. There was no way I could disappoint my sons. Akshay himself flew down from South Africa for just a day for his party and went back. So it was all done in a rush. Just because I don't attend his party we've become enemies? What kind of logic is that? We've decided to have our own private Diwali bash as soon as he returns Nov 11. We're also announcing the details of our next film together very shortly."

Amrita Arora is all set getting marry this march-2009

After splitting apart from long time Pakistani cricketer boyfriend Usman Afsal, Amita Arora finds the real love in the heart of Shakeel Ladak. The duo has been dating from six months and quite sure of getting into matrimonial bonding. They are ready to make marriage commitments next year in March.

Says a source, “Amrita and Shakeel are planning to get married by March 2009. The two families have already met and are currently sorting out the dates. It will be either March 3 or 6 and will be held at a luxurious resort in Goa. It’s been Amrita’s dream to have a beautiful church wedding in Goa. The couple has been going around for more than six months with Shakeel even accompanying Amrita to Los Angeles in August when she was shooting for Kambakht Ishq.”Amrita is talking openly about her marriage in parties and events. But when contacted, she rubbishes the marriage rumor.

She said, “Who said this? It’s not true. I am not getting married in March next year. Everyone was joking at a party and forcing Shakeel and me to commit a marriage date, so I told them that there are no marriage plans as of now.”
